Hi There! Welcome to "Cooking with Momma T." My name is Carol, affectionately known to my daughter's college friends as Momma T or Momma Turner. On my channel, you will find great recipes containing a little bit of this and a little bit of that. I love cooking and helping others to bring their family together with a low-cost home-cooked meal. Holiday Brunch Dish: Egg Bake/Crustless Quiche
Ingredients
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups Half & Half
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 Green bell pepper, diced
1/2 Red bell pepper, diced
1/2 orange bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Fresh Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13’’pan with cooking spray.
Beat eggs, combine eggs, half & half, cheeses, Italian seasoning, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add bell peppers, onion, and sauté for 2- 3 minutes. In a 9x13 pan, add onions and pepper. Pour egg mixture over onions and peppers. Bake for 35 minutes or until the edges are brown and the center is barely jiggly. Remove from oven and serve.
Note: The great thing about this recipe is how adaptable it is! It's delicious with other types of cheese like, Gouda, Pepperjack, or Swiss, or you could try adding more veggies, like spinach or Zucchini. Sautee' vegetables and layer on top of onions.
To freeze breakfast casserole prepare the recipe and add it to your pan. Cover well with plastic wrap and then aluminum foil and freeze for 2-3 months.

Oh my goodness! Sour cream pound cake is one of my favorites my first cake I learned to make.. I'm going to try this recipe with 4 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.. don't like limes, but love lemons, with a lemon sugar syrup and lemon powder sugar glaze

Try out instant potato flakes. Extra crunchy.
I like to add Franks Buffalo sauce & garlic powder, mainly because it has a fair bit of vinegar in it. Great recipe Momma. Way better than chips.
