SURF FITNESS: 3O MINUTE STRENGTH & RESILIENCE WORKOUT TO IMPROVE YOUR SURFING | Tehillah McGuinness
Welcome to the fourth and final week of my 28-Day Surf Fitness Challenge!!
First of all, I am so proud of you for sticking to the challenge as much as possible ( even if you didn't finish all the days).
The important thing is that you made a commitment to improving not only surf surfing but also your mind and body and I am so grateful to have been on your journey with you.
This week's surf fitness workout is aimed at bringing the last three weeks' worth of training together or a full-body 3O Minute workout!
How does this surf fitness challenge work?
- The goal is to complete this workout once a day for the next 7 Days, taking you to the finish line of your 28 Day Challenge!
Let's finish this final surf challenge week together team!!
MODIFICATION: If you are not able to work for 1 minute per exercise, please adjust your working and resting times according to your level. As long as they fit into 1 minute (eg - 40 seconds on and 20 seconds rest or 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest...you get the idea) you will still be benefiting from this workout.
VERY IMPORTANT* - When performing exercises that require you to lie on your back, please check in with your lower back and make sure it is pushed into the floor and remains in contact with the ground during all reps. Draw your belly button towards your spine to engage your core so you ensure you are working from the right area.
Time under tension is what we are working towards so that you can improve your endurance and strength, which are key factors for us surfers!
