I played Assassins Odyssey for 100+ hours. Then I discovered RDR2... months later I tried going back to Odyssey for 5 minutes but couldn't play further. The RDR2 quality bar has ruined every other RPG I try 😂

This is genuinely the best game I’ve ever played. I don’t see any other game beating this out until red dead 3.

the game is so immersive I haven't finished the story yet. Bought the game in 2018. Haven't seen the south of the map yet 😅

Thought I'd help you out buddy mate and give you some synonyms for "Immersive" before the word itself becomes void of all meaning - alluring, anodyne, captivating, enchanting, enticing, entrancing, fascinating, inviting. Easy peasy lad, took all of 5 seconds to search, copy, and paste. I just keep coming back to RDR2 after playing other games. Won’t matter how old the game is. It will remain one of, if not my favorite game.

Alot of people I talk to think the game is overated especially at launch. It is very flawed but I swear to god it is one of THE best video games I have ever played. Probably my 4th favorite

i wish bethesda would be able to create the same quality of games as rockstar does. they spend several years developing their games, but they are still nowhere near rockstar quality. a rockstar fallout game would be my dream.

You said a true thing: Every other (open world) game isn’t fun anymore. This is so true. Not one game is even a bit close to RDR2. This is for me (really) the only game I keep playing. So many times now. Doing other appoaches. For example: survival without weapons or horses. Starting from scratch. So much fun … again and again.

I really personally have no problem with the slow animations I just think that it adds immersion

Turn it off. If you can turn off hud info. Free Aim. No mini map, 1st person. Really become realistic game play. It's a whole new game like that. Npcs talk more if the mini map is off.

Ubisoft is trash. What they did to assassins creed keeps me up at night.

Red Dead 2 feels like the top of the mountain. And everything else feels like the climb back down.

Don't tell me this graphics is two gens younger then Last of US on PS3. Hell even f***ing Uncharted looks about same. Outlaws doesn't look bad, but I expected that after two gens the games would look different.

Idk man. I feel like once gta 6 is out, they’re gonna crunch hard on the next in the series. Add content minimum. We’re talking down the road another year, but that seems to be their development pattern.
