Hey, I did the VTRL optimizations, but one wont revert, the "disable background apps". It makes my mouse teleport and press random buttons when I alt tab or try to play something in full screen etc. This is really annoying, how do I fix this???

aren't there already plenty of boards who support at least 1 pci-ex 5 and 1 or multiple gen 4 slots? Gen 4 should already fix this. Even if it runs through the chipset. But I can't imagine that there are no modern boards except that 1800 mobo who have two pci express connectors connect directly to the cpu. That would be crazy. But aside from that. The usecase of seperating concerns with GPU sounds neat. And I tried something similar with quicksync. But the main thing actually holding you back on that front is the CPU. That one can struggle to provide enough frames for the GPU even without OBS. And a lot of modern intels really suck in the low 1% and .1% area. Making recording a stuttery mess in high FPS games. And even in some 4k titles. So my next CPU is going to be either a 9800X3D, 9900X3D or 9950X3D. If I upgrade. As of now my i7 12th gen is barely enough for what I do. Which is editing & recording my games at the same time. Luckily those games are not the most demanding titles. And capping them to 60fps gives me the headroom to do the other stuff.

i remember playing fortnite with that same graphic card and i could play it at stable 144fps puting the game in windowed mode, make it so small and reducing the 3d resolution tu maybe 10% or smth like that, xd

Far Cry 3 is the best!

I actually have run something similar to this for streaming. AMD 6800XT for playing games and Nvidia 1050 Ti for streaming and video encoding. Only reason I don't do that anymore is because I threw the 1050 Ti in a Xeon workstation I use for a media server.
