How do you made the animation for the sign up circle?

Yesterday I launched my first UA-cam campaign. The structure is practically identical to your video. I advertise one specific product in several countries and after one day I noticed that the algorithm focuses mainly on one country. If, for example, after a week there are no purchases from that country, do you recommend excluding it from this campaign? How long should I wait before I start adjusting my campaign? On FB, depending on the budget, I always waited 4-7 days. On YT, for now, I have a budget of $25 per day to see if it makes sense to invest at all. I don't know if I did the right thing, but someone advised me that at the beginning it is best to set up a campaign not for sale, but for website traffic. Is that good? I would be grateful for help.
