Very Nice work. Can i ask which callcenter app you're using in the video? I have tried installing a few, but never am able to get them to work as i always encounter crossbar errors for api endpoints that do not exist.

Hello, we have a Grandstream GXV 3380, and we need to disable the ALG protocol on the router, but SFR is saying it is not possible to do so. Could you please help us?

Glad to see someone still using that prov. After I fixed all of the grandstream parts, I stopped using it shortly after, but think I may circle back around to it.

indeed, call center price solution on 2600hz is high. The community one works okay though i initially had issues on version 4.2 with call center dashboard not lighting up but someone found a fix i just haven't had time to try it. I will make time soon. This is a great alternative though.

Hello, I do not have personal access to the internet router/modem - will I be able to disable SIP ALG? Clients cannot hear me on one app (one-way audio), and on another app, calls are oftentimes dropping. I was told to disable SIP ALG in order to resolve the issue.

Hi, I didn't get it. I get a lot of error messages with JS Node. Better to show the whole installation in the future. Not from web interface. It would also be good from console. What kind of method did you use? install dependencies npm install gulp && npm install gulp-sass && npm install gulp-clean Run builder gulp --gulpfile gulpfile-build-app.js or others?

Will billing be integrated into Kazoo or is it an app? because many things already have to be bought separately I haven't known everything yet. At the moment the Kazoo system single solution installed and got no further because I absolutely need a billing system (rates update, price packages, dynamic routing) Thanks in advance for clarification!

Hi, I'm attempting to log in with your .4 distro and I cant seem to get the root password right. I've tried the following root, kazoo root, (no password) admin, kazoo admin, (no password) user, kazoo user, (no password) I've also attempted some of your live distros with the same issue. Any idea what the password might be?

It s now easier to set music on hold from SmartPBX on Monster-ui. 1. omit the couchdb step 2. Create an empty file called mystream.mp3 3. from any editor put: shout://source:password@<ip-address-of-icecast>:<port>/stream.mp3 4. Save the file. 5. Go to Monster-UI > SmartPBX> Hold Music 6. Upload the previously created mystream.m3 and Apply the Changes 7. Then you have your customized music on hold up and running on an account level !!
