[VoIP] Enabling mobile device features on Kazoo

This video explains how to enable mobile feature and functionality on your Kazoo Server. First we need to create device with type mobile on Kazoo API, the mdn entry is the mobile phone number that will be used. Then we head to smartpbx and you will see that the number will be added and their features cannot be edited by the user.
After that we open device settings and it will show non-editable credentials that will change each time that you open it for edit/configure; if you click save it will remains with last credentials. We can assign the devices to the desired users. Then you need to create call-flow with these DID numbers to route outbound.
After this we optionally explore the system_config settings and edit the document. The realm can be changed to any carrier for the call be routed out.
Each call that comes in from internet to these mobile DID numbers, will be routed directly outbound to their respective mobile number.
The devices can be removed only with master account using DELETE verb on API.
