[VoIP] Kazoo Number Addition for inbound calls [BulkVS]

These are the post-install steps of the previous playlist videos about 2-zone kazoo cluster installation. Here we add a number from the carrier named bulkvs; after that we configure the destination IP's (cluster's IP address) on the carrier portal. Then, after adding the carrier end ip's on ACL's, the call can be received on the cloud pbx.
