Awesome Video I recently visited your UA-cam channel and enjoyed your content. However, I noticed that your videos are not ranking well due to some issues. I believe that if these issues are addressed, your videos will rank better. Here are the issues I found with your channel: 1. Video SEO has not been properly done. 2. Videos are not being released on time. 3. The video titles are not optimized. 4. Keyword research has not been done effectively. 5. Video thumbnails are not appealing enough to attract viewers. Solving these issues will help your UA-cam channel perform better.

An EXCELLENT interview. These guidelines ring so true for my husband's complicated health journey (diabetes complicated with GERD and sleep apnea, further complicated with long covid and covid vaccine injury). Fortunately diet is helping some with A1C, but stress and especially sleep are preventing full resolution (awaiting throat surgery).

Such a wonderful and helpful interview! So important to remember that exercising especially after meals can lower your blood sugar levels and A1c by two points for every minute you walk! It also helps decrease pain levels so you feel better!

The CHIP program gives you 5 miles for 10,000 steps. My husband gets 5 miles for 10k steps, and I get about 4, but I am comfortable logging 5 miles for it since it is the steps that matter more than the miles. If you have short legs you take a lot more steps than someone with long legs, so you are working harder for the same amount of distance.

Excellent explanation of why medications can set up up for problems in emergency surgeries that you don't have time to prepare your body for. Sounds much safer to use lifestyle solutions and real food to actually reach sustainable long term goals.

Well, I also have news for you! My generation were ALL slender people "not even ONE obese individual" but most were and are type two diabetics. My grandparents on both sides were type two diabetics while a few of their siblings weren't! My parents were diabetics while a few of their siblings also weren't. My mom passed when she was eighty-seven years old while my dad passed at ninety-two; they had ten children; six of us got diabetes and four hadn't. Of the four that hadn't got it, two have already passed on and were in their late seventies, and mid-eighties. The other two are now seventy-two and eighty years old. Of the ones who did NOT get diabetes, a few of their children got it and those children are consuming healthy foods while their parents are STILL consuming unhealthy foods! Those who didn't get diabetes NEVER changed their unhealthy habits; they're STILL consuming lots of carbohydrates, starches, grains, and sugary drinks! My brother sweetens his cup of coffee with one heaping tablespoon of sugar and whenever he makes juices or other drinks, he always makes two jugs; one for his wife and their children, and the other one he sweetens like syrup for himself! Since I was twenty-one years old I started consuming healthier foods and testing my blood glucose at home every six months because I know that diabetes runs in our family and I MIGHT be one of the unlucky ones to have the bad genes! The first time I tested my blood glucose I got a syringe and some Benedict solution from my dad; during those days did NOT have glucose monitors! It so happened that all the healthy foods and testing weren't enough to keep away diabetes because unfortunately, twenty-four years later, at forty-five I was diagnosed with it! I'm now sixty-eight years old and I've had diabetes for the past twenty-three years. By the way, I'm the youngest in our family! I've told the above story to many Family Physicians and Cardiologists and have asked if they know the reason that some are getting diabetes while others don't, and NOT ONE OF THEM could've given me an answer! So I'm very sorry to say that this theory about "genetics load the gun and lifestyle pulls the trigger", to me is utter NONSENSE! Someone heard this phrase and begin running a relay, and now it's on everyone's lips! I shall very much appreciate it if you can please shed some light on this subject; thank you, have a lovely day and God bless🙏

Hi Skinny Dee, You bring up some great questions! I will be addressing those issues as we go through this series (this one is specifically on pre-diabetes but I'm doing another series on Type 2 Diabetes right after that) and will definitely be responding to the things you brought up. So stay tuned! I can see why you took issue with my Genes loads the gun and lifestyle pulls the trigger! 12 minutes isn't quite enough to answer all possible questions so that's why I'm doing a series!
