The rotating bit on a watch is called the bezel hehe otherwise interesting watches for sure.

I am also a fan of the Casio/G-Shock watches. I have several in my collection and proudly wear them and get many nice complements. You don't need to break the bank to have some very nice watches.

I've recently began my obsession as a watch collector. And i must say- out of all the luxury brands I've been researching, for me the AMZWATCH's watches are the most intriguing.

Seiko is god tier

I'm not an expert on these things, but I'd be worried about the effects of magnetic fields from the amplifiers on your watches. You might want wear an LCD watch while on stage. So much for the coolness factor! Even quartz watches with hands could be affected by magnetism because they have small stepper motors. Sinn makes watches that have silicon main springs that would be far less affected. Dive watches that say "DIVER'S" on the dial are tested for resistance to magnetism. If you're really feeling rich, you could get a Rolex Milgauss.

I share your fetish, being a musician with a watch interest (with no money to buy 'high-end' offerings). Id highly recommend Hamilton as a way into getting bang for buck, they use ETA movements which are super reliable. I also recently bought a Hamilton pocket-watch, the railroad special, which was the watch that inspired the Modern Swiss Watch revolution. I tend to avoid quartz, it's not analogue enough for me, I just love the idea that everything is powered by potential energy stored in a spring powered by ME rather than a battery. I also avoid electronic instruments for the same reason. Good luck ! x

Great collection! If you haven't yet, have you tried pairing your watches with instruments? Like, I spy a Jazzmaster behind you - which watch would you wear with that guitar? Which one would you wear if you're on the drums (let's be honest: probably a G-Shock, right?)?

Somewhat new to your channel. For me the Kopf is the standout piece. You just can't look at that watch without saying "wow". I see why you really liked the 12 though. Thanks for sharing these with us. After looking at the collection, I think you might like a Fears Brunswick 38 mm. Maybe they'd be kind enough to lend you one of their watches.

I'm NOT the expert on these things, but I'd be worried about how the magnetic fields from the amplifiers and PA systems are affecting your watches on stage. I thought that I remembered seeing a UA-cam video where a famous musician wore a cheap Casio F91w on stage because of that. LCD displays should be the least affected by magnetic fields. I think Sinn makes a watch with a silicon mainspring to reduce the effects of magnetism. I would avoid a Rolex Milgauss just because any Rolex is overpriced, and who wants to be stuck on a waiting list? Even quartz watches with hands are run by tiny stepper motors that could be affected by magnetism. Certain Seiko and Orient (and others) dive watches that say "DIVER'S" on the face are required to have a certain amount of resistance to magnetic fields, but I have no idea if they're up to the task. Unfortunately, none of these watches look cool on stage. They also have to test every watch to be certified. Then again, I might be completely wrong about this stuff; almost everything I know about watches I learned from UA-cam! By the way, I like your music. I just wish I had more time to listen to it! I first heard of you on Rick Beato's channel.

You’ve got the same interests as me Mary but probably the same for many! Guitar, cycling and watches although I prefer bicycles with four cylinder petrol engines and functional watches like MT-G Casio more now, but no cafe racers please! 😊
