I have a n&r built engine on my bike. Took a domino label maker and made me a warning decal that said WARNING NOT LEGAL FOR USE IN CALIFORNIA .49CC And I stuck it on the pull start shroud. It worked every time..... Still got 1 ticket in San Antonio 79 in a 40 on military drive.

Hey I have been trying to replicate your braking set up, but am running into a minor problem. Everything seems fine but I am noticing that only your right-side front rotor is in the wrong rotational directional. Will that be a problem down the road?

So I'm super curious I'm hearing from other people that tilting the engine like that is horrible for it and will seize it up. Is that true or not lol I just finished my build and it didn't want too run very well

As a person who has used statorade. I would like to report that my results. Are amazing! Originally. When i first recieved the kit. It ran ay 48v 45amps. And realized quickly that maxxing out throttle heats up the stator and battery significantly. So ended up having to control my theottling habits but throttling lower and going slower to preserve battery and to keep the heat to an optimal level for continued performance. Eventually i was able to save up for a 52v battery 21700 cells LG grade A. Pushing 45amps. Its a significant upgrade. My motor heated up even more so ended up LOWERING the amps to 36amps in my sabvoton controller. It ended up keep the motor less hotter but not by much. So it still required throttle control. The BIGGEST GAME CHANGER! was when i got my hand on a syringe filled Statorade from Grin Tech. So i decided to go for it and opened my motor and had to slam the stator out due to the magnets holding it in. Once i removed the stator. I applied fairly small amounts into the crevices of the magnets and the results is fucking AMAZING. I was able to raise my amps back up to 45amps and my 52v battery. Not only did i still retain acceleration performance roughly 40 percent according to Grins testing. But physicslly speaking, you dont feel the sluggish and low torque from an overheated motor. And the heat merely got slightly warm or just lukewarm. Even when burst throttle is great. But its so much better at climbing hills. The battery doesnt get as warm as before. Basically it made my entire kit more efficient in heat and battery all because the stator is able to cool itseld down better. I was so impressed that i ordered the hub sinks just to get even bettery cooling efficiency. Im planning on further testing enabling flux weakening.

That ball joint exhaust flange is because on the Motobécane, the engine swivels with the variator. Amazing engine brother!

This is where I want to get my phatmoto at. Just big engine good lighting like that. Working breaks and blinkers. Your bike looks amazing. I'm writing down notes. Maybe not as specific of an engine build, I haven't ever looked into billit parts and good clutches.
