Hi AllyCat! Thank you so much for this video. I will try out this technique tomorrow. I so relate with what you said about the dark circles make you feel insecured. People around me often minimize it "You don't have it etc." Though unexpected, happy to have found someone who experience the same insecurity caused by these "not that bad" circles. And you're absolutely right - You look younger and more cheerful without those circles. Now your face matches your energy. And thanks to you, I now know how to do the same for mine. 😊Btw have you tried setting with a brush or a setting pad instead? Just wondering if you would prefer the beauty blender over those.

So then, do you put foundation on regularly over it?

What if you do use a bit more makeup(bad acne/texture). Do you stop applying the foundation(slighty less bright than concealer) at the very rim of the puffy part where it meets the lighter shade you demonstrated here?

This is something I've struggled with for a long time. My problem is, and maybe because I have South Asian skin tone:- usually peach/orange correcters are to cancel out the darkness under the eyes. But my undereyes are red/purple..so adding peach/salmon/orange correctors just adds to the red colouring i already have. Green normally cancels red, but because I have medium olive skintone, green looks grey on me. Ive tried adding darker concealer 1st to cancel...either way, I end up with so many layers under my eyes to conceal, that i have to put foundation on to balance the amount of product on my face 😢

This video was so helpful ❤ Long story short. I’ve always had harsh lines under my eyes. Something I was just born with. Well after getting teased for years I finally got filler injected under my eyes in my 30s I had touch up injections a few times since (I’m 42) well I don’t know what happened but my body started to seriously attack the filler under my eyes and I started developing huge granulomas. The size of eggs. Well I found a Dr in California (I’m in WA State) that came up with a series of injections and it helped get the swelling and the size of the granuloma down so much. Well now my issue is that because the skin got so inflated, now it’s the opposite. So I have hollow spots under my eyes where the granulomas were. I hate how I look in pics now. I’m going to try this technique and hopefully it helps a little. Thank you ❤

Just found your video. I am completely useless with the make up and I don't really want any because I feel like I have a mask on my face.... But those eye bags.... They are always always there looking at me and me looking at them back😀 I will really try your trick. I definitely will. And if it works you will get praised every time I do it🥲 Now just need to figure out the colours....

Which causes dark circles anyway. However I already had bad dark circles. I’ve seen Wayne goss. But yours actually looks better. 🎉
