    Truer words were never spoken. Thank you for sharing the truth. I'm so tired of so-called 'diet experts' lying to people who are dangerously overweight. The two biggest money-making industries in the United States are pet food and accessories, and weight loss scams. Let that sink in.

    what would you say is a good body fat percentage for an 18 yr old male?

    • @MichaelPhelpsCoaching
      @MichaelPhelpsCoaching 3 дні тому

      About the same as an older male. 15% is a very healthy percentage in my opinion. Typically, for an 18 year old...this is more common since they are usually lower in bodyfat at a young age (obviously there are some exceptions to this with the state of people exercising and eating correctly these days. Anything over 25% is obese and unhealthy in my opinion.

    Deadass. The thing killing me is the sun. I’m a ginger with a genetic condition that doesn’t make as much melanin and normal so I’m super goofed. Im lathered in sunscreen but still burn. That’s what’s killing me.

    Let's not forget boys and girls that it takes years to get to this kind of intensity with low rep-range. If you are a beginner and you are doing low rep-range with poor form, this will give you next to nothing. Correct form for hypertrophy and strength gains starts with repetition under control.

    I heard if you have to take hormones to be a gender then you aren’t that gender…. Does that mean you aren’t a man anymore or does that mean that taking testosterone makes you a man… all fun and games until people are talking about your genitals 👀🤣 my thinking is that god wants you to be a women so he cut your testosterone off to allow you to take estrogen without having to block out as much test 🤣🤣🤣🤣👀

    SOLID straight to the point advice as usual. It's amazing how the SIMPLE things are but people just won't do it. It's good to hear a fitness youtuber just cut to the chase and give easy to follow reminders that may not be anything new or groundbreaking, but are motivating and helpful reminders.
