Yeah I feel more comfortable when there is the stamp because even in Malaysia there was a time it was found that there was contamination even when the meat was supposedly halal (chiken was placed next to pork). As an interesting note though, I remember many years ago (on imgur if I'm correct), there was an AMA from a butcher in the U.S. where he answered a question on ways they slaughtered the cows. In addition to their regular ways, he stated Halal methods which his farm performs (he wasn't Muslim but farm had hired Muslim people specifically for that) and separating the beef to keep it so. I just thought this was interesting, which is why I remember it.

@begajaaa1111 did you watch the video? And what did he say? He is saying that everything that's from the sea, lake, rivers is halal which is absolutely not true. Frogs live in rivers too, You can find snails etc. These scholars just need to get their act together because they are not helping.

@@AH-wx1xv wel, about frogs, there's a particular hadith forbidding killing them. Like pigs that don't have claws, etc but they're forbidden to eat by the Qur'an and Sunnah, they're like exceptions. And snail are permissible
