I’m a total novice on the classical side of music as far as value is concerned, though I have noticed that there are a lot really pricey ones in the sold listings. The tape lot I purchased had quite a few sealed classical cassettes, but I don’t think they are any crazy valuable ones. I’ll likely end up selling them off as a lot. Thanks for watching buddy!!

@@RetroRenewed Thanks! We do have a store and use direct deposit. Not sure if that’s the cause though. I just know that I got a notice and seen a video that also confirmed the changes, so I looked it up and confirmed. That is unless I misunderstood what I read. Either way, I just decided to change to weekly payouts and I think it’s gonna be a good thing in the end.

@@BamaJaybirdResell yeah not a big difference but daily is still working without fees here. It has a couple day delay. I think when they rolled out the instant payments it caused a lot of confusion

Same here. I use daily pay (checking account) and do not pay a fee. I had to go research my payments to be sure! Whew!

My middle brother was in a bad car accident at 18 and lived his last 8 years in a wheelchair and hospital bed suffering from a traumatic brain injury. That said, I have witnessed first hand the difficulties that a lack of handicap accessibility can create both in and out of the home. I actually built my house with that experience as a guide!! It’s pad and cement filled pier, much stronger and more permanent than the tie systems used on mobile homes and definitely better than the systems used for those portable building people are converting into tiny homes. I wanted to be able to have it easily moved in the future if we no longer needed/wanted it right next to the main house. Thanks for watching!!!😊

@@travisstephens3943 No problem buddy!! I try to not spend too much time scanning on site at any one spot. But, the truth is, the only way to learn a new category well and speed up the picking process is by looking items up and building our working knowledge. And I guess that’s part of the argument to be made for niching down, so that picking can be more efficient and targeted without having to spend so much time comping. But I like the hint and learning process of selling everything. I do try to make my rounds first and then go back and look up items, media or otherwise. If I feel like it’s gonna be great on the spot, I pick it up to look up later and continue my rounds. Also with media, though I’m sure I miss stuff all the time, there are nuances that you learn along the way which helps to narrow the research before scanning/comping on site. I actually had a chance to purchase a huge old shop out of glass, but I just felt overwhelmed and prefer to stay away from glass as a staple item for my store. Thanks again for all the support!!

even though glass makes me nervous when i ship it , so far so good ! you cant write Fragile on the box with USPS or they will make you purchase their yellow Fragile sticker which cost an extra 10 bucks or so. So i always tell them no glass if they ask.. lol.. and pack it well ! I suppose if it was something really high dollar i would charge for and use their " Fragile " service. It will never be a staple but i wont pass it up if meets my metrics.

It is absolutely a right place right time situation!! Many times I go in and only get one or two items, and sometimes nothing. But it seems like when I do score, I score pretty big!! I like the bins as well, but my closest one is an hour away and it's really small and way overcrowded. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!!

I think it's a little of all of it. Some of my smaller shops struggle with space to store all the donations for processing and getting put out for sale, especially of they don't move the merchandise pretty fast. I think that has a tendency to push prices down, which results in better deals for us as resellers. They can also be a little hit and miss at times which I think sometimes discourages other resellers from taking a chance with their sourcing time. Thanks for watching!!
