      Yes that’s correct, although the use of formula requires obtaining the enthalpy for dry air and water vapor separately from tables. Difference in enthalpy of dry air can be approximated as Cp(T2-T1) as well

    Aoa. Why there is CO in the product although the mixture of CH4 is rich? & how to decrease its quantity in the product?

      Now i understand if we increawe the 02 then there will complete combustion..

      @@danishaman291 : Walaikumsalam Danish. CO is always in the product side due to incomplete combustion. In reality, we never have complete combustion but we only approach complete combustion in some cases which means that CO will still be there but in small amounts. For a rich flame, there is not enough oxygen for all the carbon to form CO2 so some of it ends up as CO. In other cases where there is enough oxygen, we still get CO because of dissociation of CO2 into CO and O2 at high temperatures
