Going to the shops without having a shower in the heat? That is disgraceful if your personal care is so lax the kids will do the same, I shower once a day in the summer twice a day, I would NEVER get into bed all sweaty, you all look like some personal care routine should be a must. My kids have a bath in the evening and a shower the next day, their clothes are cleaned and ironed! I wanted to hit my iPad at you chomping gum in bed, you eat as though you are starving, the kids need a variety of food, absolutely NO fruits or vegetables went into your trolley! You shame them, ignore the young ones, play favorites, waste money on crap, and now aren’t even acting like you want the young ones back. The fact that you didn’t know where one of your young kids was and also didn’t ensure that one of them ate all day is appalling. Health issues aren’t an excuse for child neglect. You could be getting help in a variety of ways, or actually getting your kids into homes where they get individual attention and love, but instead you choose to put what they will probably consider to be the worst years of their lives online for money because you refuse to find a consistent job that you can do from home if your health is so bad. You model poor behavior for them as well. They have no routine, poor sleeping and eating habits, and will be self critical because you don’t build up their confidence and are staring at yourself all day commenting on your own appearance. Get the Great value Frozen family size lasagna you can add more mozzarella cheese on top if you have to it will feed the whole family and then some you can also get some bagged salad or frozen broccoli to have with it, and the Great value Cheez-Its taste the exact same as the name brand
