Love this discussion. I don't know if I've seen anyone else put their take on it! To me, It's always been in my head it's called "fast fashion", not "fast style" so "style" is more (for lack of a better term) forever while what's in fashion and/or trendy can sway with the wind. I think people are a little of both. We may aim to be one or the other, but we don't live under rocks- maybe a few pieces of the other side of the coin works its way into our clothes or accessories ;)

Great discussion! I feel like there is a certain element of conformity to fashion, where style is more about blazing your own path and nonconformity. Style also requires a real self awareness and some experience to know what does and doesn’t work for you. I have made some very bad “fashion” purchases in the past that have certainly informed my style today. I think style is a lot more fun and creative!

I do disagee about your celine bag not being fashionable. Butter yellow is one of the hot ss25 colours. Big slochy totes also hot. Plus its preloved vintage which is also hot right now too. Its defo fashionable. You do see people wearing the trends who have 0 style and you see old people all the time in their 70/80’s who are not fashionable but can often be the most stylish around. Shows that a sense of style doesn't just come from brands, it comes from personal pairing and attitude. I love collecting kislux bags in different designs. The replicas give me more options. Do what you love with your money.

As far as color goes, the fake kislux here looks more vivid, clear and clean! I can't tell the difference anyway, probably because I'm dumb and I'll never be able to buy and own it! Haha

Yes: that is beautiful! I was just reading an article about how a yellow handbag is the most versatile colour you can own. I don’t have a yellow bag and I feel as if the universe is trying to tell me I need one now. This is definitely different vibes to the Prada and both are absolutely required. 😊
