the ms store apps thing isn't a good idea to remove unless you never plan on using winget, since winget relies on windows store to function. however you can uninstall everything you don't want with the good ol bulk crap uninstaller.
Most people (non tech savvy, etc.) will never touch winget again. It's assumed that any more tech savvy people will know this

This was to ensure that I'm staying within UA-cam's strict guidelines EDIT: I hope you aren't disappointed, and I hope you understand why I chose this route instead
