  • Today I talk about how Avast got fined 16.5 million dollars by the FTC for their subsidiary Jumpshot, where they silently collected and sold user data without their users' consent. I highly urge you to spread the word, and don't trust them to be your antivirus provider. Thanks for watching!

    Windows defender
    And bitwarden.
    Bitwarden is open source and self-hostable
    Also make sure to set a primary password for Firefox since that encrypts your data e2ee
