Ive got next week off work, was wondering if you could point me i the right direction on where to park if i was to fish that beach please? Always enjoy your uploads 👋
Another great video Graham, lovely shot with the moon in the foreground.
Thanks for continuing to watch. 👍
Cracking video again Graham nice clean fish not always about the size 🎣
Where is that wall on beach I’ve never seen it
Right at the back of the beach, I'm sure it was a proper wall at one time but the sand has built up against it
@ cheers mate
Great vid sid .. some cracking footage with that full moon lighting the sea up and all the stars .. nice little session that .. couple of great pull down bites too mind .. cheers 👍🏻
Try putting a tip light on the end
Great video as usual, keep up the good work.
Thanks again! 👍
Another good vid as usual mate.
Thanks again!
another cracking video mate
@@gazwylam5375 cheese Gaz last few trips have been tough. Hopefully 🤞 this weekend brings a few bent rods. Stay tuned, thanks for your continued support 🙏
Awesome video keep on smashing it bud
@@LiamLofthouse-x9w cheers mate
What headlight are you using
@@davepearson6478 it's the boruit b10 , was around 40 quid off Amazon when I got mine. The first one I had broke after the 1st time I used it in the rain. Mind it was torrential for 4 hours, this one has never skipped a beat but I'm more careful to keep it under my hood when using it in the wet now.
Cheers Graham I,ll get one ordered 👍 good video as usual.
What distance are you casting at this venue?
@@davidtodd7538 I'd say 40-70 yards I had heavy gear on and big baits. Usually around hadston beaches I've had loads of fish at this distance, I'm not saying big casters might not do better but there's no need to cast to the horizon here especially after dark
Another action packed video well done on another top quality video 👍👍👍👍
@@jamesstewart5271 thanks ,,,,,,, gis some sinkers lol
Another good Video mate, small ones better than a blank or worse a rockling haha. Tight lines for the next one 🎣🎣
Yes mate true and seeing as how my last few trips have went I would have been happy as Larry for a few small ones . The last fish I caught was a rockling 😂
@@grahamsidney9214 If the rockling is the last one thats ok fist fish a rockling is horrible lol
Nice one mate. It seemed to have died of death this past week! It'll get one more chance off me and then I'm changing targets. Bring on the summer eh!!
@@spartafishinguk yeah mate it's been a struggle I've already switched now hopefully my luck turns 👍
Hi Graham were you back on yellow tail gut again Tend to do ok to the right of the ramp third pole along
@@brian-jd8gf yeah same place give or take 20 yards. Probably shouldn't have moved in hindsight.
Great 👍
@@darrenmall7963 cheers, wasn't going to use the vid as I've fished the Mark quite a bit recently, but better out than in as they say.
Great video Sid, it's always better when your hitting the fish, even if there small, you can never tell the size with the bite, sometimes a cracking bite and small fish, then a crap bite and a clonker, keep up the good work mate, tight lines.
@@bazangling cheers baz I wasn't going to put this footage up but it's pretty much the last fish I've caught, the fishing went downhill fast after that session
@@grahamsidney9214 keep plugging away mate, there are still some nice fish around, I'm still catching.
Another cracking video again. The cold must be a nightmare for recording equipment.
Thanks Ian, it plays havoc with battery life , but that's was the first time it caused all-round problems. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
Like your rod set up but very expensive but fit for the job I have ordered a black rock rod for myself as l like the handle and it’s not sticking into me body See how that goes 🫡
Well in lads 🎣
@@nefishingandtackle8557 cheers mate 👍
Nice fish
Thank you 👍 for watching
Another Nice video mate I was the lad who walked past yous at the 2nd place only had one about 3lb, was poor for conditions that night .
@@althain1988 ah nice one. I lost one hung up on the skear but couldn't buy a bite on the beach.
Nice video Graham mate

Another cracking video graham .. 10/10 for seeing the session out through the snow and cold .. well done to stu for a few lovely fish too .. great craic and footage as usual .. thanks for doing the vid mate 👍🏻
Thanks Mark 👍
I've been waiting for a new video Graham and it did not disappoint great effort. I was going to ask about the Sonik Gravity X5 but see someone else asked sounds like a great rod and very reasonably priced tight lines mate 🎣🎣🎣
Cheers mate. Yes it's a perfectly good rod, not the out n out quality of a zippy or century but for the price it's great.
Nightmare filming in the cold. Hats off to you for sticking it out 👍
Yeah mate sometimes I had questioned my sanity 🤣
cracking video mate
@@gazwylam5375 thanks gaz, it's a good job I had someone with me to provide the fish 😁
Once seen a couple of lads in April back in the 80's pull in 2 plaice from that bay around the 4lb mark - as I kid i forced my dad to take me the next day but I caught nowt. Used to be a good bed of lugworm there too but the sand seems to have moved elsewhere.
@@native-american9049 I personally like to fish it over low water, jumping around the rock skears. Had some good cod in daylight or night. Thanks for watching and commenting. I would love to catch a 4lb plaice.
Well done mate am really needing some help finding marks any info would be great can send email if needed cheers
@@mickydixon4083 the fishing is definitely thinning out around now. Still some good fish being landed but the numbers have dropped off last couple of weeks. What kind of Mark do you prefer ? Clean or rough
@ a bit of both was looking for a rough ground for this Sunday
@mickydixon4083 newbiggin has been throwing some fish out. Lobster wells and the down overs are well worth a shot over low water. All kind of depends on conditions. Beaches like hadston, Blyth can throw fish out with a bit sea running. But weed has been an big issue lately. Lynemouth beach has chucked out a few decent fish as well lately.
@ thanks Graham for some info it means a lot will give one of them ago and let you no the outcome 👍
@mickydixon4083 good luck 🤞
Class.
Thank you 🙏
Happy new year stu is a lucky man whatca cracking fish hope you get one soon lovecwatching your videos ❤❤
He's had a great winter, I was doing ok until just after Xmas and it's been a struggle since. Managed a few fish but all small
Great video again Graham what are those reels like I use the Saragossa 🎣
@@One.man.one.leg.casting hi Peter thanks for watching mate. Its very similar to the saragosa, think there's only 3 or 4 differences but quite a difference in price. So far it's been good but haven't had it long. I went for the 18000 so when we go to Scotland in the deep lochs I had a bit more line capacity. Would love one in the 14000 size as well though.
Great video. Looked freezing. Deserve fish in that.
Thank you, it was cold 🥶
Another quality video Sid, you all should have had fish in those conditions, it looked very fishy, at least you had some codling to show on the video, Stu had a cracker, nice new reel I use Shimano, I fished the doctors house at Howick today but just small stuff, keep up the hard work, tight lines.
Well done Graham enjoyed that report, some canny fish kicking about well done to Dean and Stuart, your turn next bonny lad. Tight lines and best wishes.
@@johnwilson8999 I'm having a right slump lol I can't seem to connect with anything bigger than a pound n a bit .
Thanks for sharing & braving the sleet & snow showers Graham! Can you give your opinion on the Sonik Gravity X5 rod please? Looks to handle the conditions OK? Cheers 👍
@@georgeharrison6193 I think it's a tremendous rod for money. It'll cope with any rough ground no problem and it's fine to use from the beaches. I would prefer something a little bit softer for the clean beaches purely because they are a bit more fun. But if I'm fishing a match I always take the gravity so I'm covering both rough/clean depending on how the comp is going.
What type of fishing braid do you use
@@steptoe5584 I've been using daiwa j braid in 103lb from the rocks. It's the 2nd year I've had it on the spool and just recently reversed it onto my new reel so I'm basically using the back end and it's as good as new. For my beach gear I'm using 45lb manster from Amazon. But with a 100lb braid leader
, thanks very much for the reply mate I was just asking because I'm new to using braid and there is that many to pick from cheers
Areet graham, tell tyler to let us come fishing with yous. We'll bring the drink you bring the rods. and we can watch the masters at work.

Proper mid-winter conditions! Hopefully we get fish through January into February. Seems like fishing has dropped off after Christmas these last few seasons.
It has dropped off, I've just been out fishing a high water comp but came back home after an hour. Landed one maybe just size but had mountains of weed and I've done a muscle in my forearm so just gave up. Think there will be fish about tonight if the anyone can beat the weed
