Id Rather go raw than eat it.
I 100% recommend but if your lazy like me and your arm gets tired fast you should put all you ingredients of your recipe into the bowl mix it up and then whisk it for a good 10 minutes and then you should freeze it for 10 to 20 minutes depending on how cold your freezer is and then whisk it and repeat it over and over and over until it’s very fluffy that’s how I got mine to work

I have eaten raw ground beef daily and on occasion, have gotten Giardia. Which will cause yellowy green stinky acute diarrhea for about 2 weeks til it clears. Overall though it's pretty safe.
