I don't care about his "deviation" from the score, his every improvization was authentically derived from the score. Simply put, he plays how the orginal composer would have re-written the piece.

When I watch Chuanyun Li plays this difficult pieces, I can imagine on him Paganini style playing. This guy and his interpretation is very different than others. He is just insane!!!
He is the Yngwie malmsteen of violin!
Somebody please transcript this performance. Save to our future to come. Thus is the best Li Chuanyun interpretation I have listen so far.
