we have 2 Kohler K31615 toilets that are just a year old. They flush fine but when the tank is filling up, there is a terrible moaning sound. Any idea why?

I hate these Kohler Toilets!!!! I have done everything that this video shows and other video shows and watched a few different videos and these toilets still don't flush solid waste properly.

We have a kohler toilet. It has clogged from day one. A couple of times it was so bad, I had to use a shop vac to remove the clogged “contents.”. Since then, that toilet has been off limits for #2. I can’t wait to try this . We have sold our house, and don’t want the new owners to have this issue!

For a little repair you wear gloves, why not safety shoes? And safety glasses? Or in a bunker?

Thank you so much! I had been trying to get the glass globe off for months. I gave up each time thinking there was enough light with 2 bulbs...then another burned out...then the last one went dim...and finally I found this video. Fixed in 30 seconds.

Oh my gosh. A couple wacks with the shoe...we didn’t have Nike... did the trick. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I told my husband we should have taken a video. It was done in less than a minute!!! He put WD40 on the globe before screwing it back on. Spoiler. If you are confused as to which way is counterclockwise, think of looking down on the globe in front of you being 12. The opposite side is 6. Left is 9 and right is 3. When you turn left, you are going counterclockwise. To me, it was very confusing. One can look at it both ways. You will be so pleased how easy this is.

GREAT video!! I had a 6 years old battery and I tried jump starting it and even after being hooked to my other car for 20 minutes with jumper cables, my car didn't start. So following this video, I took out the old car battery and took it to AutoZone and they did verify (free service) that my 6 years old battery is just dead. I went to Sam's club and got new car Duracell company battery that has 3 yrs full warranty for only $148 (make sure to return old battery to Sam's as well to get 20 bucks charge taken off). AutoZone was selling their 3 yrs full warranty battery (duralast) for 240+ 😮. So Sam's or Costco I suppose is the best for these things. Thanks again for such a wonderful video! ❤

if that yellow piece at the end of the tube (that says Aquapiston) were not properly attached to the black thing, such that the refill water from that was just flowing freely into the tank, rather than down into the black cylinder ... what is the implication of that? does it matter? if not, why is it designed that way?

If only the flat that went through the lock was broken why did you have to replace the lock assembly?

I tried this and was unsuccessful so I’ll have to break the globe
