The event was actually designed for everyone to do it on Normal mode, they even recommend normal mode to everyone on the official event page. Ofc if your on Normal mode it will be harder, but anyone h1 and above should be able to melt Normal mode mobs with good set-up. So yea it's a really inclusive event, most are able to participate regardless of level, but end-game players way more likely to be interested in an event like this.

Oh and... those of us in Inferno are getting soooo many virtually worthless H1 greens lol Yes, with enough you can maybe trade-up at the 7:1 ratio to get 1x i1 wisp (or maybe even i2 wisp if you grind it hard enough) by the time this is all done and over with lol

I feel I need to find the bug spray essence -.- ... so many bugs. I'm PC which didn't use to have a load/spawn-in lag until big June update. Also, a problem that has existed for a loooong time, at least for me, is so many times when there is a door to open, bestiary podium to activate, Armory closet, stash, etc. that once clicked, game wants to start you running off in another direction instead of opening/activating, causing you to have to go back and try again. That has been more of a hinderance than usual in these dungeon speed runs... mainly Cathedral so far. Also, there are rumors of the so-called "speed hack" being exploited in this speed run event, which gives unfair advantages to those cheating like that. And for those who try to rebut saying using an exploit to gain advantage over another isn't cheating... yes it is cheating, for it wasn't meant to be in the game and/or for that purpose of misuse.

The problem is lag. It's not the game teleporting you backwards. You see it a lot with Tempest dashes as well. They just need to fix the lag in general. The latency is ridiculous

P14, P3, P6, and P1 in Namari; total: 190 points 3rd so far Yes, the device is mandatory, my phone is a Poco F5 and performs much better than in my iPad tablet but to beat the whales I had to play in PC; my best time on iPad was 2:40 my best time in my Poco F5 pro was 2:38 my best time in my PC was 2:36

Im going great overall in this event using a speed build just missing vithus to get longer lasting skills and the other green speed set forget the name. My issue is bad connection often lags me and the load screens

PC players definitely will have an edge. Also no need to run it on Inferno as player’s ranking is based on their paragon level, Hell for below 300 and Inferno for above 300. The game notes advise players to run it on normal. And yes those stairs!

That teleport is aiming at monsters for some reason? My escape skill does the same to attack so i have to set direction myself. overall i dont hate the event but i think there are some exploits which players are using for better time.

It's a "meah" for me 89th on mad if i remember correctly just using my usual build

What's the resonance for the monk you mentioned? I play support with my alt sader, but if my team doesn't have enough damage its useless, I can't get any assists.

this has worked great on my hell 3 wizard, and helps me get through inferno dungeons. I can breeze past those mobs. ❤ you don’t need lego gems to make this work and I only have a 2 set grace, so very versatile even without the full set up.

We ran handful yesterday as a party which seemed very odd like not getting credit for opening all the chest as a group and more split up between 3. We keot only on level 3. Solo i get around 8. But did get 2 essences or abysmals

I loved this game, was immortal several times, but helliquary and the counted new dungeons aside, the developers have NOT solved the repetitive, boring mechanic of the game. This new content like abyssal verge, erebban castle... the buffs, it's all superficial content which render the game convoluted with so many unsubstantial new content. A shame. This game huge potential, but it can't get pass some content to keep people hooked in the endless farming loop. Eventually I played only for the cosmetics. The new paragon skill system is OK, though

Sprightspark ice armor (halestone) disentegrate (arcane deputy) teleport. It’s easier to get to danger lvl 8 solo and you can get double abbysal essence.

Ms. Ricia, This mode is really best with the game controller because of the steady fixed button and makes your quick reaction for opening chests faster than with touching the screen. I used to play this when I was farming Abyssal Essences quick.. but then again that mode still sucked because the Runes you'll get are more common grey tier than with Accursed Towers got me 2 yellow tier runes. Both Abyssal Verge and Erebban for me are still the best places only for Monstrous Essences.
