*UPDATE* Yes, sound is back! Thank Zeus for fair use.* My first try at making a movie in Sony Vegas 7. Please rate and comment. In case you´re interested, here´s how it was made: Since I don´t know scripting, everything was captured from a first-person, in-game-view with FRAPS. You won´t believe how many "takes" it took to get the footage I wanted. I used SMOD to give me sticky-bombs, which I f...

Playing around with the manual torpedo calculation in Silent Hunter 4. Nooby, I know. In case anyone wants to know the basics, this i how you do it: NOTE: This is only assuming you are playing with auto targeting. Some of the methods will not work on 100% realism. See www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=111998 for a guide on that. 1. Identify your target. Your targeting-computer needs to ...

I saw this strange object outside and recorded it with my camera-phone. Then it flew straight at me, and then I don´t remember anything until several hours later. Weird.

This could be edited into season 2 of 24 and it would feel like a crossover.

Larry is a piece of work, but Cheryl is a massive undercover c*nt. She wants to leave town, then remembers she can't, so of course Larry can't leave either. This is on par with her leaving the ring stain on Julia's coffee table and refusing to take responsibility, wanting Larry take the blame.

This opening will always remain one my favorite speeches of all time. Changed my life when I was 15 and led me to a life long love of gaining knowledge and appreciating the world around us. Everyday I see comments of the same kind on these videos and it makes me so happy to know I'm part of this nameless community.

The first time I saw the opening of "The Shores Of The Cosmic Ocean" was THE defining moment of how I view the world and how I think. No question about it, Carl Sagan was the grand master of rhetorics. The first and best torch bearer of Science For The Masses.

I've always felt somehow... connected to Carl. does anyone else feel the same way?

"The cosmos is all that is or ever was or ever will be." In the feels everytime Carl Sagan is the gatekeeper of scientific credibility No one has ever explained space in all its bewildering glory,as well as he did. A brilliant piece of intriguing series. :)

it's interesting to recall that Heraclitus evoked fire, some 2,500 yrs ago, as the 4th element on top of the 3 known earth, water, and air, respectively representing the solid, liquid, and gaseous states of matter (so that plasma would be later on conceived as the 4th state of matter) in the very fragment quoted by Carl Sagan in his memorable TV series "Cosmos": "This kosmos [the same for all] no god nor man has made, but it always was and is and will be: an everliving fire, kindling in measures and in measures going out" (Heraclitus, Frag.

Hi! Thanks for the video! I have A HUGE PROBLEM with torpedoes upgrade. At the base, torpedoes section, I have only mark 10 and 14. The other types of torpedo just disappeared. I know it's a bug. How to solve?
