Can you send me the measurements of the leather pieces?
@@freddycruz8411 no problem, here is the link to my Etsy listing. www.etsy.com/listing/1673800545/leather-welding-helmet-template
Like the video's on your Powerstroke, I see that you are using the Irate E-Fuel which one did you get there are serval choices?
@@davidford2416 make sure you get the one with the Bosh fuel pump. I had a different one and it went out after 8,000 miles.
How much? I plan on making/selling a smaller misting kit for the construction site.
Nice, very nice from France. I want one.. 👍

This is me personally but I hate seeing old cars with touch screen radios. It just doesn’t fit.
nice i need one of those...
Looks pretty cool but heavy.
Very cool. I didn’t know swag made a kit that high capacity. Definitely familiar with their model for the 20 ton. Might have to look into this further.
@@mikesnifferpippets3733 I really like mine!
Good job. I'm hoping to recreate this exact template.
Awesome job
Thank you
Yo I need u to build me one how much
@@chitownPubg last one I built was $2,000.
I have a 24”x60” Santa Maria grill and I put fire bricks on the bottom (I’ve had it for 12yrs) I also use an expanded metal grate for my firewood, helps with air flow when lighting my red oak.

Did you have to wire the camera to the reverse lights at all?
You do if you want it to turn on in reverse. I just hit the camera button when I am trying to hook up to a trailer.
@@skylarwagner1155 thankyou for responding to a 3 year old video. I have been fighting with my backup camera install. I've got a 95 7.3 extended cab dually. Needed a longer cord than 33ft haha.
@@animalinsde06 I’ve spliced camera wires a few times to make them longer, it’s not too hard but I would try to find one the correct length.
@@skylarwagner1155 we ended up getting it to work. The connection to my reverse wire came loose so I addressed that and we are now good to go.
I bought a premier plasma table and set it up but every time I turn the hypotherm on the torch fires. Did you have that problem as well?
Yes, I contacted the company and they said it just does that on start up. I have learned to keep the torch off until I get Mach 3 open and then turn on my hypertherm. This makes it where there is no torch lit until you are ready to start cutting.
What is the spacing between your beems?
Here is a link to the plans I made: www.etsy.com/listing/1613742846/
I wanted the procomp 69's but the hub bore is too small for these trucks in the 16"
I really like my Raceline wheels and they have held up to towing and everyday ranch work for the past 2 years. The only downside is it is hard to keep them clean.
Trying to find wheels in 16" with a hub bore large enough and a solid weight rating at least equal to my obs f250 8800lb gvwr is tricky. These are the only things I can find that fit the bill. Might do the black everything down here gets rust and I don't wash or take care of my cars exterior very often. I think the black will be a slightly more durable finish. Great videos man. What's the tire size your rocking? Also strongly recommended hub centric rings brother. These wheels need to be hub centric to fit safely and properly, most vehicles are this way. People get away with it all time not using them. Raceline will tell you if your vehicle is hub centric you need rings. If you are lug centric it doesn't matter if the hub is a different size. Also hub bore on the wheel will change with the center caps so measure the bore of the center cap for that spec per raceline tech support
Thank you for the information, I haven’t heard that before so I will need to look into it. I’m running 285/75R16 tires
Can you make a fryer one like that and how much it will cost?
@@swaggypixs2527 instead of having a grill top just make a box that you can lower and raise?

@@firehousecustomfab3286 yes I went with the 2 inch spacing
Where did you get your wood veneers?
@@twinturboshow I made them out of scrap wood I had laying around
So how do you get the ostrich on the leather? Did you have to superglue it on there or did you stitch it together?
Also what side hole puncher did you use
@@heathwatkins2509 I glued and stitched it together. Left about a 1/8 of an inch space from the edge of leather to the stitching. I did not look at the size when I punched the holes. I just made sure they were big enough for my rivets.
What brand and type of paint did you use! Fantastic video. Very helpful. Thank you!

Nice work man! How thick is the leather you used?
@@iprocess1830 about 3mm but I would go smaller
Nice but could use improvements. Box too high. No need for that 18"? Gear too crude. Use after market gear and pawl. Also use angle iron for grill and make a grease box so no flare ups. Why make that fancy cut out and weaken the grill grate? Should have used a channel welded to the side instead like all the ones I have seen and the one I'm making. You dont need that piece of angle in the front. That will be in the way when cooking!
Thank you for the input. I made it how the customer wanted it that is why it is built like it is.
Screen to shiny
How do you like your premier plasma table? I'm looking for a table here next year when I get a new building. Just curious what you think of it. Ive been looking at STV and Premier. Thanks keep up the good work I enjoy seeing your videos.
I really like the premier plasma table and the customer serve is great! The STV was about 5K more but you do not have to put the STV together which is nice. If I had to get another “beginners table” I would probably go with the STV.
@@skylarwagner1155 I appreciate the feedback. I’ve just been researching for a few months trying to decide. I really wanted a Starlab or a Arclight but it’s just not in the budget. The last one I’ve ran had command CNC on it and it was a decent table. Just looking to expand my business on custom signs and parts. Hopefully one day in 5-7 years I can quite my day job and do welding full time. Thankyou again for the feedback.
Premier is a good table Except their support sucks. I ve had mine 4 years now. But when things go goofy in mach 3 or thc. Its hard to get a hold of someone If i had to do over again Id step up to lincoln. Way up 😊
I just got my priemer table a couple weeks ago. I bought it second hand. If i can ask you a couple question please. The ips on your cut and thc volts. What are you setting that at? Are you cutting 14ga? Thank you for any help you can provide.
What brand of plasma cutter are you running?
Hyper xp45
@@michaelsfabwork2985 use this website to do your cutting speed: xnet.hypertherm.com/Xnet/library/download/?file=HYP189352 I usually drop the cutting speed by %40 and you get less dross. For the THC I keep it turned off because it’s only needed if you’re cutting warped metal. Plus it’s kind of confusing to learn how to use it. And it always needs to be adjusted.
Thank you very much I will check it out. I agree on the thc controller. Do you turn it off in mach3 ? Mine is mounted on the black box like yours.
@@michaelsfabwork2985 I turned it off on the box, but you can also turn it off on Mach 3.
I didn’t catch what year truck that is?
1996
Hey I was wondering what all metal did you is and how much I want to do a flatbed for my truck and that is exactly what I want it to look like I was wondering if I could know what all metal you Ues and how much of it
I used 2 5x10 sheets of 1/8 diamond plate. 3 sheets of 14 gauge sheet metal. Lots of 2x2x1/4square tubing, do no recall how many I used I would guess 5. I do not recommend using square tubing that thick since it makes the bed weigh so much more than it should. 2 stick of 2x4x1/8 rectangle tubing. 1 stick of 2x4x14gauge rectangle tubing. 1 stick of 1 1/2x1 1/2 square tubing.
@@skylarwagner1155 thank you this will help me a lot I’m trying to do one for my show next year
Are the screw rivets clamped real tight?
Yes
I have been welding for 17years,I do like these new hoods but my one complaint is that the leather does get heavy and starts to stink and you realy can't clean it once it curls.....From welding in the oilfield and for the IronWorkers/Shop work.
I would love a full review of this table! Pros, cons, quality, etc. That would be awesome
Once I get some more time in it I will make one!
I'm literally looking at this video and thinking could I put a gorilla engine in my 1988 ford f150 😂😂..them new truck cost too damn much

You got all that done in that short period of time and it looks good. Great work man. Your obviously a metal worker of some sort 🎉 seriously dude good job. Could you lift that bumper by yourself?
Thank you! I had to have my dad help me lift it. It was a little too bulky for me to lift by myself. It probably weighed around 200 pounds.
