6:30 I don't understand why sims crator always match the roof exactly with the house shapes, creating tons of little shapes instead of just covering it all with a few big shapes. Is there constraint where roofing can't be over nothing ? because in real like there are tons of places where the roof will go further than the wall, covering a wider area. like if you have a "broken" corner, with one tile in, instead of making liitle roof, you can just cover the corner, a real roof would just go over it in one piece, creating a little outside area safe from rain. Absolutely love the end result ! it's amazing how, no matter how weird the build start, it ends up being very cohesive !

My favorite rug in the game is the one from the My First Pet Stuff pack. It's got several plain colored swatches that are really nice. It's a super useful square rug!

French follower here, and yes you are pronouncing "coquette" right! you do pronounce the T if it's a feminine word (like you're curently doing), you don't if it's masculine ("coquet", the t is silent). But as english doesn't have genders on nouns then both are fine i guess

I usually love your builts, it always makes sense, but this one..... T.T let's just say it's not your best in my opinion. It is so not functional, i refuse to believe that there wasn't another way to layout the house without having two aisles, for the ground floor at least. And the kids bedroom, come on T.T what's with the ureachable furniture on the other side of the bed. It is true that i wish things made more sense on a functional perspective in your built, otherwise you have great taste. And you exteriors are always stunning !

There’s a great mod that removes the curtain snapping. It makes it so much easier to place the curtain where you want it.

I think a way to gain space in the six people house would have been to put the dining table outside; it's a vacation home in a Mediterranean climate, so when they go there they likely expect good climate most of the time, making them want to eat outside most of the time. In the occasion it may rain, they could simply eat in the living room, maybe even while watching a movie. This would allow more space for the bedrooms, letting them breathe a little more and maybe even have a double bed for a couple of elderly!
