@@exploringourwaterways in Oregon now, but I grew up in central Florida. Rock, DeLeon, Alexander, all absolutely gorgeous places to spend a hot Florida day. I also got to dive in the boil at DeLeon springs, totally beautiful once in a lifetime experience.

@@DraggonCanoe absolutely another big thing is these Seadoo and Yamaha jetskies , you have to use them, the motor needs to be used, you can’t let these skies sit around for 7 months, that will bring up lots of issues, if you not using them at least turn them on and run water through them at least once a week

@eugeneabreut960 yep! We are blessed to live in a place we can ride all year round.

@@eugeneabreut960 EXACTLY!! That goes for almost all machines. With a vacuum system the longer it is ran the better it works. Especially the turbos on the systems. I always hated to shut a system down simply because you knew it was going to leak somewhere it hadn't before being shut down and not knowing if the turbo would spin back up. I once had a 70 Mustang that sat a year while I was deployed and the engine needed rebuilt after I got back because it had rusted together to the point on not turning over. Boats are especially prone to that.

@@exploringourwaterways I live in East Tennessee and people use the phrase winterize. GOD I HATE THAT TERM!!! I always correct the idiots that say it. I tell them if you don't crank the engine at least once a week then it needs to be fogged for storage, REGARDLESS of the season. You can store a boat inside but it will still rust solid and kill the engine if it isn't prepped for non-use. In Florida that is the case also, not freezing cold weather. And you are 100% correct about your weather,, enjoy it for those of us who can't!!!!!!! Love your posts!!

Yeah that’s pretty wow as well. I have had several Seadoo’s with 300+ hrs. My current 2015 FZR I flipped the dash as well. Back at 8hrs now. Wish I could say it’s the original motor. But it does have several original parts. Gina’s 2016 Kawasaki 310R 720+ hrs.

This was the Weeki Wachee, however since the filming of this clip a year ago there are new laws restricting people from getting off of their vessel.

For us it is less expensive to own it. We have our own storage and perform our own maintenance. Rentals are now averaging close to 400.00. Life has thrown a few curve balls so we haven’t rode as much as we would like, but we that will change. I appreciate the comment, great to meet you🙌

That was the first thing we thought but we checked and it was still high tide. I think it had to do with the storms at the distance. Either way, a murky day on the water is better than not being on the water.
