In deed, only a few persons are able to maneuver the many handlings before exporting can occur, small farmers are not involved in exporting ornamental fish farming. The industry players are selfish. Shipping fish in and out will incur expense on the farmer him or herself. Certificates are needed for all shipments, monies have to be paid to vets, and a whole host of stuff. The error which ,many ornamental fish keepers make is to believe that keeping fish is all. The making of aquarium related item can help, example, making aquariums, repairing aquariums, aquarium setup etc. You could reduce your electric bill with the use of a submersible water pump, the bill will be cut less than a half. Having a catchment system which stores or harvest water can assist in managing how much water is used within any ornamental fish setup. I use mostly plants, pumps are over rated. I learnt that over the years. You can cut the cost of fish food by making your own, creativity helps to reduce your cost. Vet services are expensive for small fish farmers/ hobbyist, Charcoal in and of itself is not a means of reducing or eliminating fish related illness. What it does is to absorb the illness and over time it releases them back into the water.
