Did you have to do some other type of work on the bike that you needed to remove the subframe? I changed my heat shield in just a few minutes. Lining the new shield with heat tape took me the longest.
One question for you, why do you wanna make it look like a bike It is not. You're literally making this look like a bike.It is absolutely not.
red lock tight is not a good idea. blue is better idea. you can still take stuff off then. red!! good luck unless you heat it up
how did you get it off. you skipped that part
Great video. And you describe which grease you used for the rear hub axle ( what do you recommend ? ). Thank you.
Inner side black fairing pieces come out easy if you pull the plastic part at the front where it connects (more inside) towards the bars. That gives enough room to simply slide the tab out
I'll keep that in mind for next time, thanks for the tip.
You appear to have switch to a larger diameter heat-shrink black tube, but you don't mention it.
You are right, I didn't mention that, thanks for pointing it out. I believe that was the only thing I had left.
Bro did u exported it to India
What? To India or from? But to answer those questions..... NO..... to both
how long did these take to come in from Bellisimoto/AELLA? Just ordered the version for my V2.
I believe I found these on Amazon from a third-party seller. Less than a week shipping
What are the part number for the each part you used ?
I bought them from motomillion.com. Here's the link: www.motomillion.com/collections/ducati-panigale-v4/products/rizoma-light-unit-micro-led-turn-signal-kit-for-stealth-mirrors-panigale-v4-v4s-v4r
When you ordered the ohlins do you remember what you had them set it up for?
I purchased through motomillion.com. No setup option. Later, I had Dave Moss dial in my complete suspension. Spring rate stock was good for me. (04744-10)
Thank you so much for this. Just installed mine on my new V4
No problem 👍
For those looking. This is also valid for the 2003 R6 5EB-12439-00-00 93101-12173-00 93210-33133-00 90430-06014 11H-12438-10-00 93306-00105-00 Hose side gasket, not related to water pump assy 93210-47675 Rad side
Dang only 20k miles. Glad you got her started .
Me too. I was really worried about what kind of shape she was in. More videos on the way
Is there any way to do it without taking the front tire off the get the clip to get pass the arms and re use the clip for the new fearings?
You could drill out the rivets and remove the fender that way and reattach them with rivets on your new fender. I drilled them out and saved them to reinstall on my new fender.
@ that’s what I had to do
Protip, take off the frame sticker w all the important info and stick them in the manual or the small toolbox cover behind the seat. It’s what I did.
Hi; manually say for mecanical oil need to touch to bearing...But i changed like yours...When the oil seal gets stuck, it has difficulty turning to the bearing...
How can I find those rear sets ??
I believe those were Arashi brand.... Amazon. Cheap, but well built.
@ would u be able to send or happen to know the exact name or version of them I’ve been looking for a pair for a long time I bought another pair that said it was for my 04 r1 but did not work

These water pumps are easier to rebuild than the Honda ones that's for sure.
I agree.
What size are the steel 2.5 hex. I am with you I want them black instead
Let me check when I get back to the house. I have a few left over still, I'll measure.
Just excellent. Well done and thank you very much!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Did you need to use any resistors for the turn signals?
No resistors are needed. It was plug and play.
You did it wrong man, those hex nuts go in the holes on the other side of the posts you put in, look at the keyed cap you took off. They provide a base for the top cap as well as align the screws after you bolt the 4 bolts on the bottom on. Look how the bottom has posts hanging out on the stock keyed cap those hex nuts are the posts hanging down. Gotta redo it or it will leak eventually
I just watched this video again to see what you were referring to. I understand what you are saying, but I don't recall those nuts fitting into the topside holes or getting that install explanation when i reached out to that company. I'm checking that out when I get back home today for sure. I kept the hardware. As far as leaks go, I don't see how it would improve the seal, I definitely don't have any leaks now. But if it works, I'll update my video with your advice. Thanks for the info.
They do, I have the same cap on my panigale, they support the top cap while inserted as well as provide a guide when installed the bottom wedge shaped nuts. I’d take it apart if I was home right now and send you some pictures, sucks they don’t include instructions
An awesome video! May I ask how come is it called a full system if the front headers remain OEM?
I think it's a sales gimmick. The pipes and exhuast tips are all titanium. So it's a full titanium slip-on system. They cut off the slip on part, and now you have a product easily mistaken for something else.
What year r6?
05
is not cheap man, i basically did the same thing , but the bearing came out as well, so 600euro for a new one. Is an skf bearing solution out there for the half money, but i think i will go with a new one as you did!
Yeah, I figured if I'm spending about half might as well, just buy a new one for peace of mind.
@@MotoGarageTV exactly same mindset here 😅
Great video. If I don’t have a hoist to lift up the bike, is it OK to use a car jack to lift it up?
You can, but you'll need to be careful not to lift on anything that will not support the bike or damage it in any way. You may need to use wooden blocks as well.
Cool. Why red thread locker and not blue?
I don't plan on taking this part off, and it's one that serves great propose, and I would rather not have any "should've, could've" moments.
Great information there having that same issue
I'm glad I could help
hi brother, is the part same with yamaha xj-6?
I'm not sure. Check partzilla, they show the compatible models.
Yes r6 fz6 and xj6-fz6r same parts and pump...Only r6-fz6 have metal propeller...I chanced it...
How's the clutch now? Any problems? I'm prepping up to do the same with Chinese copy on V2 👍
Still running strong, no issues... knock on wood.
What a nightmare installation... Couldn't stop watching though. Like a horror movie. So basically we need a roof lift and some more "stuff" to be able to change it.. :)
LOL..... and a lot of patience.
I noticed some black paint at the base of the bottle jack, did you have to weld that baseplate on?
Yes I did.
hello bro! great job done! wanted to ask for advice: i have a panigale v4 sp2 and i bought brembo rcs corsa corta brake and clutch cylinders! will the motocorsa barrels that you installed in the video fit my setup? won't they catch on the front fairing when turning the steering wheel?? what kind of clutch switch did you use with the corsa corta clutch cylinder?! and is it necessary to replace the control buttons when installing the rcs corsa corta brake cylinder (the lever will rest against them anyway)??
I think "yes" to all your questions. The motocorse barrels are made specifically to certain master cylinders, corsa corta being one of them. I had to play with the mounting position quite a bit to get proper clearance. Brake side, you will need a different switch housing. Otherwise, you will have issues there. At full lock, I just rub the top side of the clutch reservoir. I plan on installing a new set of Ducabike GP offset clip-ons that will solve this minor detail along with the Jet Prime street switch housing on the clutch side.
I love your videos my man! Great content.
Great job, looking to do a similar job on my honda blackbird. Couldn't find a video on it.
Glad it helped
Hey i was hoping to do the same to my paigale v4s and was wondering if i could get a list of parts/instructions. Thx. Ps loved the series

i know this is a dumb question but how is the pump being driven?
see on the other end off the propelller? its gear driven behind inside the engine.
The shaft is slotted and is driven internally from the engine. It's been a while, but I believe from the oil pump.
@@MotoGarageTV You are correct.
Congrats on hitting your 1000 subscribers as well! That's exciting! I'm hoping my Ducati videos and my Ram Rebel videos (as well as my detailing videos) get me to 1k quickly. Video editing sucks though and that's what is slowing me down.
I hear you, I have tons of videos that I've recorded, but the editing process indeed sucks. I do it from my phone, so it takes forever.
Looks amazing! I've already reached out to my local Duc shop to inquire about putting down a deposit for the 2025 V4S. Meanwhile, the very few bolt on mods I'm doing to my 959 have been a nightmare with finding CF parts that actually fit. I'm out of the country for a few more weeks but when I get home everything should be available and ready for me to ceramic coat, install and ride!
Good luck with your projects, I would love to check them out.
Gorgeous. Mine is red. My previous was the R&W 98, bought originally.
I would love to see it. I sold mine not too long ago. I regret it, though.
Gerat videos!
Hi there, do you have a disassembly video as well?
I don't believe so. I will go through my video clips and as if I have the footage. If so, I'll post it and send you a notification.
Thank you for this video. Did you say you'd link the Brembo part numbers for the seal kit, O ring, etc.?
Here is the website to the rebuild kit. www.gothamcycles.com/
Those are pretty bad ass! Looks so much better. My wife likes to ride with me on the 959. If I can keep that bike while looking to buy a new V4S she can still ride. But the passenger footpeg bracket is ugly as sin. Seen anyone make a rugged carbon fiber bracket yet?
Not yet, I've been looking. If you come across a set, let me know. Thanks
@@MotoGarageTV will do! I'm reaching out to Manny at MotoMillion since he has a very close relationship with Full Six. I'm shocked they haven't done one yet.
The little 'holder' is a wrench. To screw the light bulbs into the holder. 8:50 - I mounted those blinkers on my ducati S2R yesterday both front and rear. They are amazing.
I'm very pleased with these blinkers. I was a little skeptical at first, but they are awesome.
yo, would this work on a v2 also or only the V4?
I'm not sure. The website should say if they are compatible or not.
I've watched a bunch of your build series. They pop up in my feed from time to time. I'm curious how you financed this build. Is this your bike or a customer's bike or is there a ton of sponsorships? I'm looking to do a build series for a V4S this winter. But it's all personally financed. Not quite sure how yet, but I've been saving. Lol!
This build was all from my own money. I wish to have sponsorships one day. Hopefully soon. This is my bike, and as I saved up enough bike funds, I would add something new to the build. Behind the scenes, I had and still have a few other bikes, smaller projects that I work on, and fix up to sale for a profit, which helped fund this build and future projects.
@@MotoGarageTV that's fantastic man!
