First thing I’d do is Immediately throw away those cymbals and use acoustic cymbals!!!! They look and sound HORRIBLE!!!!🙄

First your playing is very nice! Otherwise , Kit sounds good. I have strike pro with total custom imported library and sounds as good or better. Fact that this new module only has four assignable outputs is a dealbreaker for me anyway, but I don't think people who have the strike should feel like they need to run out and get this kit. Of course, the pads and symbols and some of the features are certainly really nice but it's just not necessaryfor us strike owners to dig it and get this kit. It's not a significant upgrade when it comes to sound

Do the module support pos sens on snare?? I know the snare pad dont have pos sens.

I’ve heard that Mapex is a fantastic product for the cost. This kit sounds as good as any kit that isn’t 6 thousand dollars.

Mapex is one of the more affordable brands in South Africa. Been seeing loads of these kits around!

Are these real drum sounds ? BFD? or are these the Alesis kits.

Gideon, greetings from South Bend, WA USA. I really enjoyed your review on this great looking and even greater sounding drum set. I own an early model Mapex V-Series drum set. I haven’t really been able to find out any detailed info on it as to when it was built. I have sent the serial numbers to a number of people in the know,but there doesn’t seem to be much info about this kit. Anyway, thank you for the very informational and even more entertaining video. You are a great drummer.

I can't decide between nux dm 210 and alesis nitro max. nux has a better chassis, but do you think alesis or nux is better in terms of sound, feeling and sensitivity?

Can this be set up easily for a left handed drummer?

2002s. The PST7s are not the same as the legendary 2002s. But I will give a hat tip to the Sabian Legacy line. Incredible cymbals. And I’m a huge fan of the A Customs even though Zildjian plays politics and it’s off-putting.

Trick Pro 1-V that you are testing is not direct drive... and it does not have a spring that you can tension... if you wanna make a video do a good research first! and where is the AXIS, where is Czarcie Kopyto pedals, man you lacking so much great stuff here

Did you reverse the stereo? I assume while playing the ride for example is more biased towards the right rather than the left channel?

Can u control shell depth and size for each drum?

Can any of these double pedals be split and used independently for a double kick set up?

You need to play a tom groove for each kit. So far each kit I like most you didn't hit the toms for.

Any idea how much trigger input control you get for use with other pads? I seem to recall the strike didnt play too well with other pads.

It won’t last more than 3,4 yearss

The only problem with these kits is that they all (even the 10k ones) forcfe you to play a certain way thats frankly just thrashing. Second, they sound flat and trashy. But then most modern drummers are thrashers?

I think I dropped the key like 30 times putting this kit together
