Interesting sort to the animal refuge. I usualy pair up the leaf frog with the woodpecker, and the macaw with the camian. They have similar costs (swap water and leaf) and similar scoring.

Forgot to ask: why do you use the Safe House without paying one card ? I thought that you but the card and keep it then use it each time you want to rescue the survivor(s). Gosh, have I played it wrong in my first two scenarios ? Thanks.

This was very heartfelt and honest of you to share. I agree. Boardgames are more effective and healthy than many alternatives, including drugs, alchohal, and most prescription medications imo.

Great video! However, I have to disagree with one thing in the video. You said there is very little mathematics in the game when the whole game is nothing but mathematics. Logic and deduction are core parts of mathematics, and that's all this game is about. There is very little calculation in the game, but that's just one area of mathematics.

an underrated UA-camr an channel overall

So i just recently purchased this as well and only had two cards for the Yemi, the Succubus of Envy.. i noticed that as you were scrolling thru the cards you did as well.. was this a mistake on DRagori or do you have all 4 cards for that character?

I suffered like this as well. Had to take sleeping pills so I wouldnt wake up in the middle of the night and have panick attacks. I took pills, which helped only for a period of time. BUT! I then gave my heart to Jesus Christ and today I am free! completely healed. He is real guys and he cares about you, ready to take away your depression and replace it with joy and peace.

Seen this in Barnes and Noble several times recently, probably going to grab it soon after looking into it more

32:18 you could have used damage on sands and then the next power card with damage on sands to destroy the city and the town, so you could have win earlier with no cities and towns…am I right?

My start was the following: Onirim, Friday, Viticulture, Marvel Legendary, and one deck dungeon. Then moved to Gaia Project, The Gallerist, Terraforming Mars, and Teotihiacan. At this point my favorites are Mage Knight and Too Many Bones (and Voidfall is moving up the list…), but they ain’t cheap. This list of 10 games would basically last me forever. Excellent list. Excellent.

Completely disagree for certain cases. There are many examples to the contrary, like Everdell Mistwood expansion. But yeah, their FOMO pushing is very evil psychology that does NOT belong in the board gaming community.

I have a quick question as a beginner. When you gain Major power card from your growth phase, are you supposed to discard a power card from your hand? Am I reading the rules wrong or is this rule only for multiplayer? Also, you don’t have to use a power during any of the power phases, but they still get discarded at end of round and don’t carry over right?

Great vid! Question. You were attacked on multiple ocasions on the land where you did have presence. From what i understand from the rules, damage to the land removes 1 presence token from that land and defence does not affect that. So when you are attacked, you lose your presence. Second thing. You had situation at the beggining where you were attacked with power of 6. You had 6 defence but from what i understand, defence does not cancel attack to the land. So you should add blight there as well as losing your presence. Or i don't get the rules of this yet?
