I think the imperial Navy was designed to fight the clone wars. That is because most militaries are organized for and exist in such a way as to fight the previous conflict. Oftentimes whichever side figures out it's in a new conflict with different rules first, wins.

My Battlestar would be the Warspite.

Raider II may also be equipped with some sort of arrestor type weaponry. We see this in SW Outlaws.

ISD 2 class but replace the main quintuplet turbo laser battery with a quintuplet ion battery. Drop shields very quickly and knock out the ship. Make them surrender and salvage their ship to use against them in the future. Even a MC80's shields would not be able to with stand that level of ion fire.

I would prefer to command a Gladiator or Vigil, but given the opportunity I’d like an Allegiance Battlecruiser or Secutor Carrier

If i would be an Imperial Captain, i would like to command an Raider-Class-Corvette or Arquitens-Class Command Cruiser (Moff Gideons Ship). But i would replace the TIE-Fighters on Board, with TIE-Interceptor - or with TIE-Defenders. 😊

I'd want to command a Imperial Escort Carrier, Dragon class cruiser or a ISD 2 with the Cronal color scheme. Or maybe a Crimson Command VSD II. If I can command a SSD I would go for the Bellator or Assertor.

Bellator would be my first preference, but if forced to be more realistic I'd say probably a carrack light cruiser ir maybe a storm commando escort carrier.

I would enjoy a Gozanti Class Cruiser. One of the 9ABY type. You have to start small and work your way up.

The first example of human ship design I experienced when I booted up H4 10 years ago. I like both the Strident and Charon. Hard to dislike either of them. Tbh, the only continuity error that bothers me is that now the Charon class will have complement of Hyperion missiles in their loadout.

If I was a member of the Imperial Military I'd probably want to command a Raider II but if I was picking something post Endor I'd probably go with a VT-49 Decimator

The E-D is a much more capable ship in my opinion. Here's why: Almost every system that is upgraded in the Sovereign can be matched by an upgraded Galaxy Class, a design which is only 15 years older? We see this with the Ross class, and I wouldn't be surprised if there were other variants too. But Galaxy Class is 2.5x the size, this means more room for these systems. So that means you cram an entire Sovereign worth of weapons, shields etc into the ship, and a Sovereign's worth of diplomacy, science, recreational, command facilities, *and still* have half a sovereign left over for systems.

Not sure there is really any evidence to support the fact that the Ross Class was developed as a "more optimistic" version of the Sovereign, nor is there any evidence to support that the Sovereign is really anymore of a combat ship than the Galaxy or Intrepid were.

i think the dedalus makes more sens if it is 600 meters think aubot it the lfy bays gif it capabilais comparable to an aircraftcarier in space i dont see any way how such a fly bay could be smaler then a aircraftcarier since it has to fulsil much of its mayn functions so if that part alone is around 300 meters a total sice of 500 to 600 meters makes sens i belive or did i over look someting

My guess would be that after a decade Earth could produce a BC-304 at least daily with the technological advancement of the Asgard technology. Just make a big 3d printer send it into the asteroid field and let it make the superstructure then send it to another 3d printer that did other things until it's done, if not just make it from a single 3d printer. What I never understood is why the nations on Earth doesn't increase their presence in the solar system, at least a shipyard which probably would speed up construction of ships. Maybe it's because the technology was less advanced then 2020 which make it easier to talk like I do because computers and phones have advanced rapidly since early 2000 not to mention other things. If they do make a new Star Gate series, I wonder if they going to make a time skip and use Asgard, human hybrid technology and maybe also integrate some Ancients technology.

Mine would be the xXx_a$$_DESTROYER_69_xXx Alien would be so confused it would get the upper hand each time.
