She talks you through the body parts faster then the speed of light i feel more stressed then relaxed after this..

This is very calming. I like the focus on each body part and the 10 minute interval is just right for a daily relaxation before I start my work day. My only "complaint" is the music. The sounds are distracting and create some tension, at least for me. Silence instead creates a comforting space between the spoken instructions. Perhaps you could make a similar body scan without music?

We use this daily in my 6th-8th grade self contained classroom. I serve students with ADD/ADHD and severe behavior disorders, and we use your bodyscan to get ourselves centered before our morning meeting (which can be intense). Thanks for providing this! =) Mr. C
