@@trevorbrann2640 Thanks fella, much appreciated!
unreal video mate! i was out there the week this was uploaded, wish it came out while i was planning my trip.
Thank you! ah fairdinkum! Unlucky, but at least you went:)
So two days ago, I'm sitting, contemplating the next school holidays. Late last year Carnarvon was the go but alas, me - the driver, camp organiser, navigator etc broke my leg. So now I plan a different journey where we'll visit the gorge for a smaller walk or two (leg gets tired) and plan something else. But what? So I open UA-cam and BAM....this was the first video and it was only 30 mins since posted. Trip now planned. THANK YOU!
@@things_I_saw ah sorry to hear about your leg, but great to hear you’re up for some Carnarvon Gorge rehabilitation! Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment:)
Great episode. Love the history and geology. Lots Wife probably named after the Lot's Wife story from the Bible, where she turned into a pillar of salt. Lot, his wife and 2 daughters were urged by 2 angels to flea Sodom during its destruction. They were instructed not to look back but Lot's wife did and she turned into a pillar of salt. The story is found in Genesis 19: 1-38.
@@tafadzwakevinbadza Wow! That’s the best comment I’ve read on socials in forever! Thank you so much for that super interesting and likely very true information on the nomenclature of Lots Wife…I’m glad I didn’t look back as we drove off!

Loved the new video, please keep them coming! Side note, who makes your sun hat? I’m in need of something new to protect my balding head.
Thanks so much! I feel ya, it’s an Australian Akubra. I forget the model, but you’ll probably find it easy enough.
Awesome show👍and on the short political segment, around 15:50, spot on👌. More people need to hear it. Cheers.
Thank you, Sir, I’ll always try and be me in these vids, not what I think others want to hear- there’s already more than enough of that.
Mate.. been waiting for another video from you and the team! Loved the footage, the humour, the story-telling, the messages, and the overall presentation 👏🏼 Great episode! And, PLEASE, keep them coming 🙏🏼
Thank you, mate! That’s a really thoughtful response and good comments like that do feel good, much appreciated.
Much appreciated mate I’m weighing up getting them on order. 1 more question….. are you finding you only have to adjust the compression most the time? I’m asking because imo there’s not much point having adjustable compression in cab but having to get out and adjust the rebound if ya know what I mean?
Gday mate. Just wondering if your still using the edcs superior shocks and how they are performing? Cheers!
@@courtneymccagh3815 sure am. Took them to Carnarvon and K’gari this year, along with some hectic Glassy work and they’re as good as new, so far that I can tell. I was thinking I’d definitely break a wire or something, but they’re performing beyond expectations. Hope that helps.
It's been a year my friend.how has it held up?

Well made guys, definitely on the to do list, glad your video has no click bait chick's in G-strings for the views, well narrated by down to earth fellas
lol thank you! Yeah there’s enough click bait around without us adding to it:)
Thanks guys, a very well put together piece. You have got all us lads now looking at vehicle heights and rear departure angles as our vehicles are only 2" (NSW max allowed without an engineers certificate) lift and our under tray boxes are behind the rear wheels also. We appreciate the honesty and experience. Thankyou
Yeah. Right, if there’re long trays with that weight behind the axle with a 2 inch lift, you’ll probably scrape a bit.
Bucket list worthy mission for sure! Well done 🤙
Safety first
Great rig mate
Would the dimensions of a 200 series mean lots of scratches & damage from the OTT? Some of the river entries look narrow…?
You’ll be fine in a 200
That’s not a screamer pipe mate, a screamer is straight off the external waste gate, that’s just off the normal exhaust
Are there no crocs in those creeks?
No one would officially say that, but who know, I've not seen one, which is definitely not to say they're not nearby.
Not bad for cars the still operating like the old horse & wagon days of the leaf springs, 😂 not a big fan of the left springs, but the convention kit from superior engenering is a great solution, and make them awesome tropies even more superb
Riveting as always. I''m planning to do a GVM upgrade to my 76. I'm torn between JMACX and Superior Engineering. What would you go for?
Superior engineering. They use the world's strongest axles RCV, and warrant them regardless of you having done power upgrades.
Great video guys What month did you film this ? Cheers
October
How can you just have 3k subs, this vids are leet. Really an inspiration for me that hopes to be soon a 4wheeler. Props from Portugal!

It is great to have the whole series out now 😎🙌🏼 This series tells the story of completing all the hardest 4x4 tracks North Queensland has to offer with little more than a bump on the rear bar after 3000+ kilometres... That was always the plan and it came to fruition with great planning and execution 👌🏼 These vehicles speak for themselves 🫳🎤 You don't have to reck your shit to get the job done! Well Done Ant!
Well said, Dan. And thanks for bringing out experience up north into splendid creative fruition. 🤟🏾
