It is really a great campground! You just want to really check out how level the sites are before booking. Some are really nice, some no. So glad you enjoyed the cooking portion. It is such a flavorful recipe. I have also done a slow cooker version of her recipe that turns out pretty close! Let me know if you would like the recipe, I would be happy to share it! I'm sorry, it is a pressure cooker recipe, not slow cooker. My Instant Pot is both a slow cooker and a pressure cooker, so I got it confused.

We haven’t been to the Rockies since I installed the HiBoost. We are in Michigan’s UP now, and it is helping us to get a better signal. Service here is terrible, and the HiBoost is definitely helping, but a boosted a super slow connection, is still slow, just not super slow. 41Mbps down and 4.15Mbps up in the morning. Slower than that in the afternoon and evening. - Jim

Thank you! We have not tried omitting the mushrooms, but this is such a rich stew, it would be fine without them. I have also made this in the slow cooker, which is a lot less time consuming process, and comes out very close in flavor! It is all in what time you have. I actually really enjoy the "journey" of making it in the oven, when I have a whole day to devote to it. :) Thanks guys, we appreciate you! - Michelle

Rug was labeled outside but held water and was heavy. I switched to a light weight made from “plastic straws “ lol water should be sucked up. 😂. Looking forward to seeing you guys 🍷

Hi Michelle & Brian! Thank you, it was a gift to Jim from me a few years ago for his birthday. We really wanted to have it with us..... it is one of the things that makes us feel at "home" when we set it up wherever we are. :) The carpet golf was fun and wouldn't you know Jim wasn't videoing when I hit one in. Thanks so much! The original power wires in the Airstream are tiny for sure! I did have a little issue stripping them, but was able to do it with my wire cutter. The wire was too thin for the wire stripper. If I remember correctly, I did not use the wire nuts. I braided and taped the splices. Hope this helps. - Jim
