Great video, really appreciate your efforts
Great presentation and sweet Voice 😍
I have a question that if i have wild type plant have resistance to some abiotics stress so can be used to overexpress?
Can you repeat the question clearly? Not sure I understand it.
Thanks a lot
could you please upload the excel template and protocols as I did not find them at the website? and Thank you for your videos please make more<3
Can I use RT q PCR for analysis of the main genes expressed after obtain the protein differentially expressed in MS ? This is a good approach?
2024🎉
I choose you as my best teacher
omg, this is the best video ever about this topic, highly recommended , huge thanks to you lady, I wish you could make more videos to teach us about different molecular techniques , wish you a happy and grateful life ma'am.
Wow. It is extremely well explained! Thank you so much! Everything is crystal clear!
Please i need explaination about my mtt assay. My result shown proliferation more than 100 persen.. it is mean good for healing cell or, might become some cancer ? Thanks before
Thank you so much 😭
Thanks ma'am. This is exactly what I was looking for. You have so well structured everything in single video. God bless you❤
so positive control= cell+ mtt agent+ dmso and negative control = mtt+ media+ dmso only?
This was really helpful, Thank you so much. this video answered a lot of my questions clearly, wish to see more content in this channel!
I feel proud of the lab being named Ahmed and I'm really proud of the efforts and great explaination indicating your esteem team would be honored to be part of you one day!

'ChatGPT for CRISPR’ creates new gene-editing tools - is this the way to go ?
wow. This is clear to follow and understand RNAseq for beginers. I save the video
Thank you for making this helpful video : )
Thank you very much for your video! a small question: Is it possible to do the mRNA with a small sample size (e.g. 100,000 cells) for non-housekeeping genes?
This was wonderful. Very appreciated.
it is the best video of the technology I saw so far
you really really demystified RNA seq....super easy to understand....Thank you☺
Great explanation! Very helpful
Thanks alot
Wow this was the most useful video on transfection/transduction/CRISPR I have ever seen and I am so thankful for content like this. I am preparing for a job interview :)
I watched several videos on IHC, IFC, ICC. The is the best i have seen. This is succinct, practical, and coherent. This is excellent. I was a 60mins that felt like 5 mins. Thanks a lot for this masterpiece
Can MTT be used for virus quantification?
No. However, it can indirectly measure toxicity induced by virus infection.
Love how thorough this video is! Would you by chance consider another follow up video with immunohistochemistry dilution calculations? I'm in undergrad, and would love to know this before volunteering at a lab!
Thank you so much for such a great tutorial. Super helpful and easy to understand.
Thank you so much, good explaining ❤❤
i'm interested in the info but the vocal fry is making it hard to listen.
