I can see an inverted head and shoulders pattern on the daily chart. My predictive TA has it headed to 80 before retracing to 45. It has hidden bullish on RSI and Regular bullish divergence on OBV. Once again nice review.

You need balls of steel to hold Droneshield! I personally think it dropped because of Trump's higher chance of ascendancy after nearly having his head caved in. If he gets elected, there is a chance he could 'accelerate' the end of the Ukraine War which is bad for armament stocks. HOWEVER, there will then be a NATO vs China arms race (Trump says China is enemy no 1, not Russia) and so this is a BUY THE DIP opportunity in DRO in my opinion. In ten years this could be worth either 0 or $20. The upside is clearly higher than the downside.

Mr Kneppy, the whole market is overvalued, see Asx200 PE chart. Since JBH is a good quality company, just keep it, too hard to time the market. On a personal note, I could never buy anything from their stores. No stock, sales rep not interested in doing their job, put my name down to order an item and nobody has rung back after 2 years

More questions on ABB, as I heard you refer it as high quality company a few times, what makes ABB a high quality but Telstra a low quality? Isn't Telstra has a wider moat due to the brand recognition and data base they own? Thanks so much in advance!

Thanks for the thorough analysis! I generally find that if several talking head "experts" are advocating to sell a high quality company such as JBH, it's probably a good idea to keep holding. Don't discount the idea that fund managers and brokers (especially) try to talk down a company share price to gain a more attractive entry price. What some investors may not be aware of is that many high quality companies have the tendency to surprise to the upside. This may be in terms of their trading performance, but it may also include capital management initiatives such as share buybacks, special dividends or acquisitions. JBH's earnings stepped out materially with their surprising acquisition of The Good Guys in 2016 without much share dilution (about 10%), and they used debt as funding at the time. However importantly JBH have astutely moved back to a solid net cash position in recent years! It is conceivable that they undertake further capital managements activities in the near term. The other consideration when selling such a stock is how much after tax dollars will it leave you with to find an alternative investment. (I am a shareholder)

Liking your videos mate, the term you were looking for was shooting star. The main difference between a shooting star and inverted hammer candle is the direction of the prevailing trend. In particular, a shooting star occurs in an uptrend, whereas an inverted hammer occurs in a downtrend. As such, the shooting star is a bearish reversal pattern because the candle wick got forced back by the bears.

Droneshield its in its wave 3 excess phase, they call this gap an exhaustion gap. It can be confirmed by the RSI being in the overbought area above 70

Hi Kneppy! Thoughts on BOT? Bought when the price hit the short term moving channel in an attempt to improve entry timing on 2 July. The fda approval of sofdra is a good sign but I’m trying not to get sweet talked by the announcements and projections of revenue before this year even ends. Thinking this could generate a nice return based on recent announcements and 0 debt but would love your thoughts. Simply Wall Street even shows 1b revenue in 2025 but I always have doubts about simply wallst. As usual great video and the consistency is amazing! What does an average day look like for you to produce this content, run, walk the dogs, time for your partner, review your portfolio and work too?

I sold JBH 2 weeks ago and feel very comfortable about it.

It looks to me like the JB-HI price on 11 July broke out of a reverse head and shoulders pattern started in mid February.

No sell signal for me . Look at CBA over price but still creating higher price 😀 Compare it to AGL which broke below 12ma created lower high which is a sell signal for me .If the market proof me wrong then re-enter.

TM1 another resource story stock worth following. One possible reason for failed these breakouts is traders holding and becoming trapped in a downtrend, then selling out during big rallies. Consolidation, 3month highs and positive financial news along with some of these rallies to shake out the trapped should be enough.
