99.9% yes! They check all the documents, and stamp the visa on passport. I rarely cases, where they find fake documents, they send the passport back without stamping visa. But it is very rare, almost negligible.

Email your college about when is registration starting and steps to register. Every college has different steps. Email them with your name, program and student number. They will explain it to you. Good luck 🤞

@@Inder_2608 yes exactly, I wanted to ask once visa is stamped, how long do we have to travel to Canada. Is it okay if after receiving a work visa I can travel after 3 months or legally I have to travel as soon as I receive the work visa.

@@abican7327 in case of closed work permit, you would have a job letter??? So you should not go after the date of hiring mentioned on the job letter

@@Inder_2608 Yes I have a job offer. But since work permit has not come yet so how would they can provide a joining date. It is not specified anywhere or known to anywhere how long it takes to get the work permit visa after biometric. It is case specific. Actually the case is. I have something very urgent in November and I only want to go to Canada after November. Current Waiting for work permit visa. Which I expect to come by September. So my question is, if I get the visa in September, is it mandatory to travel as soon as the visa arrives or I can postpone to 2-3 monthS. Legally. I can give the reason to my employer but what if legally it is not possible???

@@abican7327 basically U can legally enter Canada anytime before your visa expiry. However my concern is what if the job offer has a starting date, which is usually mentioned on the job offer, in that case try to enter before the job starting date or the immigration officer might raise an issue at the border. In your case, as you mentioned, your job offer doesn’t specify a start date, I am a bit surprised. I would suggest you once talk to a legal consultant. Good luck 🤞

Hello! If your course is without co-op work, you do not need an SW1 visa. You should be okay if you got an S1 visa, good luck!

Hi there! I was not asked about my program change at the airport. They just asked me my program name and I told them my newprogram’s name. However, I did carry my new offer letter and old offer letter as well, just in case. Also keep the email from college saying about the program transfer safe with you in case you are asked, you can tell them that the course transfer was initiated by the college itself. But I don’t think you will be asked about your program change at the airport. Good luck.🤞

@@MeetPatel-yd8xg yes I asked my agent to raise a webform to inform ircc about program change…. Study permit does not mention program name…. It mentions expiry date and eligibility to study in Canada

That is so unfortunate 🥹🥺 take advice from your counsellor. If I were in your place, I would go to passport office to apply for immediate passport. There is still time until September…. Try contacting blue dart as well…. If they still can’t find it,,, don’t waste time and get new one. But it’s so careless on part of blue dart…. U should complaint against them. I hope everything gets sorted soon🤞

It depends on where and how long are you gonna stay. Agr airbnb mein one month reh rahe hai… then airbnb ka address de dena kyuki 2 week tk to a hi jata hai mail…. College, university ka address doge tohh,,,, u have to be very active to get your mail….apko admissions department mein pta krna pdega jaha pe mails ate hai… complicated ho jayega….aur waise permit mil jata hai airport pe….. it is very rare k na mile aur mail k through aye.

You have to select the date while booking the ticket, but if you buy a flexible ticket (that is expensive), then you can change your flight date. I would suggest booking a ticket two or three weeks before your classes start, if you’re going on a study permit. The sooner you buy your tickets, the cheaper it will be. Good luck.🤞

Did you ask your college or the consultant????? This is wierd. You must get your student portal once you are admitted. Make sure that you everything is authentic.

If you have received email from your college saying that what you mentioned above…… then keep that email safe… take a screenshot and show it to immigration officer if they ask about registration

That means they have received your envelope and will send it to ircc

Also public private institutions will not be eligible for PGWP for those students who enroll after September 2024. Since you’re coming in May, so you should be safe. Try to register as soon as it opens on April 15 but if you face any difficulty in registration, take a screenshot so that you can show a proof that you are registering as it just opened a day before and have not been able to register yet. But if you try to register as soon as it opens, you will be able to register because there will be lots of slots available . Sometimes they don’t usually check registration if air airport is too busy. But may intake is not that big so we never know they can ask for any document so just be prepared.

Hlo dear! Agr apke paas co op work permit hai toh koi mushkil nhi ayegi… but private colleges graduates are no longer eligible for post graduation work permit. Have you already started your program?
