Good post...this is exactly what people need to know...I started the process a couple of years ago, but got stalled because of Covid causing delays at the embassies and consulates, arranging fingerprinting, etc., while my passport was due to expire within a few months...I'm in Mexico now about to return to Panama, but I'm spending a week in Miami Beach to get new ID documents and my FBI background check...I'll show up in Panama in just over a week with everything I need in hand...

I thought this was very interesting from a ladies perspective. I'm sharing it with friends in Panama, and in the states. My wife and I purchased our first property in Panama in 2008, and a second one 2012, we love it, however, we divided our time in both the US and Panama. Again thanks for the video.

As a Realtor, I know it is common to show homes with tenants in it, but the way they behaved when you tried to move was terrible What's the name of the condo so I don't go there!! 😊 I'm glad it worked out for you! Thank goodness you had a great agent!! 💕💕

I'm checking out Queretaro Mexico next week but i've been increasingly interested in checking out Panama as well due to there being more dark skinned people there. Either way I'm out of the the US ASAP! You ladies look like such a fun group!!
