The revelations memory 3 section is kinda... well wrong. Altair DID NOT trust Abbas to be the leader he couldng be, nor did he leave the assassins. He left Masyaf with Maria amd Darim to face down the threat of the Mongols, and Malik was put in charge. Abbas bided his time and politiced his way to the top, killing sef (altairs younger son) and then took control by framing malik. Altair never left the brotherhood, and malik was acting mentor in his stead - Abbas committed a coup. This is all fleshed out in the novel "The Secret Crusade" which is ESSENTIAL to understanding the beauty of his character. Good video nonetheless, but had to point this out.

Definitely agree the Revelations is top! Oddly though it doesnt have my typical criteria for what I personally want in a trailer. I think its just that deadly with Ezio being a badass and it leaving an ere of mystery. Otherwise, my S tier are the ones with the game philosophy and displays of what is in the game... i.e. social stealth, tools, persona of the assassin, etc. AC1, AC2 and Mirage are the other S tiers for me. Basims first kill from the bench, altairs escape and Ezios grin after the kill are all highlights for me 💥

Dude, this is my favorite dlc storyline. Literally climbing up the sinking ship while slaves beg for saving, its incredibly heart wrenching and i spent every moment i could killing overseers and slaves catchers and saving as many slaves as i could. The inevitability of ade's choices not mattering in the short term was never lost when I played the game

Valhalla was my first intro into the assassins creed series. Then i went back and played all them from odyssey, to syndicate in timeline order. I can safely say valhalla is still high on my list of favorites, but im so glad i was able to appreciate the other games like other fans and experience how different they are to the rpg iterations. Valhalla has many things i wouldve like to have taken out to make it less bloated, but the story was what kept me invested

Late to the party, but i noticed Avaline's hidden blades are 2 different lengths and Edward has 2 different designed blade cases with 1 being the skull one and the other being the same as the npc assassins with the logo on it.

Only thing I don't agree with here is the disappointment on "outfits" for the female version of Odyssey and Valhalla games. my brother in games during those time-periods women wore long dresses most of the time which are highly unpractical for parkouring and fighting, both in terms of mobility and protection. besides, in those games you have such a vast option on armor so you can customize those respective characters even deeper then previous characters. and correct me if I am wrong but some of the armors in said games did actually make subtle differences based on the gender you chose for their respective characters

I really enjoy this outfit and think that the colours work well together, but I do understand and agree with what you said about the holster and class aspects.

My issue with Assassin's Creed games isn't the story or the missions, it's that every game seems to have different mechanics. Even the controls for Black Flag were different from the controls in Rogue, and Rogue was a sequel to Black Flag, so if any game should be expected to have the exact same controls, it would be Rogue. I would have much more fun and likely enjoy AC games a lot more if I didn't have to spend the first part of the game learning the new controls and combinations from one game to another.

This is extremely nitpicky but to add on to the stripey trousers comment its also the only part of the suit with a massive set of vertical lines there's more curves and horizontal lines so they really stand out... anyway much love ma dood
