I have a funny feeling inside me. The sound of silence began when I started meditation. In my ears I hear a melodious sound and towards the center of the brain I hear a high pitched sound. The strange sensations I wanted to talk about just like the sound of silence gradually appeared. It's like a pulse. Can you please inform me?
those who has no intellectual capability to analyse historical facts with quantum physics, theory of relativity and with specific sciences . so they come out as leftist rightist historians, my perwiew leftist historians are fools.why we need these historians? waste , confusing the people and making chaos .

Namaste Thank you so much INTACH , shruti & Apoorva Ma'am for words of wisdom. You are doing great work to keep our great tradition alive. I am studying occult / spiritual science out of my personal interests & would like to express my thoughts , pls. forgive me for my ignorance. Initially I began my journey way back 35 years back , without internet obviously yoga was only obvious choice through popular books. With explosion of internet I got attracted to TCM , Daoist / Taoist , Buddhist philosophies & western analysis of both. My personal observation is as following -- 1) May be origin of all east asian philosophies mentioned above have there origin in india 2) Since yoga & tantra has originated many thousand years back when earth was very different than now , 3) Most of yogic texts are cryptic , secretive having multiple meanings to each word intentionally created to keep ignorant seekers away from potentially dangerous path. 4) Most of the books , speakers only cover theorotical mental , intellectual or merely philosophical aspects of yoga ~ there are very few individuals who have demonstrated real power of yoga beyond mere body excellence. 5) On the other hand TCM (traditional chinese medicione ) has evolved in past few hundred years and is more relevant as it is addressing issues of this century. 6) Ancient indian knowledge has been lost ~ many books have been destroyed or lost on the other hand in tibet or china they are preserved and further enhanced by monks & seers. 7) A simple example -- Ayurveda only works on gross elements like Kapha , pitta , vata etc. , TCM goes on far more advanced level it works directly on chi ( prana or subtle energy) also considering jing (DNA or ojas) and shen ( tejas or spirit) .So a TCM doctor can diagnose a patient in 15 seconds by observing his breathing nadi , his shen ,his aura etc. 8) Now its evident that prana & akasha holds every secret (quantum mechanics has acknowledged power of space too) , while Buddhist & taoist cultivation practices directly address development of chi (prana ) its origin etc. 9) Nearly 100 % youtube videos on pranayam are theorotical . Far few peoples know real nature of prana , breath & actual pranayama 10) There are very few peoples to demonstarte yogic powers practically as no one meets even basic perquistives like a) physical , mental , emotional , karmic purity b) balancing of ida & pingala c) Suspension of external breath for hours or at least 10 minutes ~ only then actual internal embryonic or subatomic cellular breathing starts. 11) Western scohlers have dedicated there lives in research & there interpretation is far superior . In the wake of this I would like to make request to make more indepth videos covering true nature of prana & akasha alone . I would like to thank for "Nada Yoga- Vibrational Yogic Science - 21st June 2018" video which has covered important insight. Thank you/
The Story is true, but it's also symbolic and philosophical

We our trueself we are not the mind, body and sensory perceptions bodies.. We are souls.. souls are not suppose to be identified with mind and sensory perceptions bodies, soul is beyond this... Soul is sounds not music, 5 selected uplifting sounds starting with sound of the bell.. then soul is beauty also, love, intuition, joy and bliss.. Did the soul carried karmas, or it was the mind?????
True awareness is below, or above the eyes?? At which point or stage of meditation Sound of BELL is heard?? Behold the sounds not the music
10:55 mercury! In the hand! That is very poisonous stuff! Lead too is poisonous. It's beautiful, but not worth the price of poisoning people. People are important! There must be a safer way than using lead and mercury.

शानदार, सादर प्रणाम
Thank you INTACH for republishing this monumental book, would love to read it. There were several treaties with the British in the NE of India as well and one of the reasons for the present land versus ethnic conflict was created way back as a result of the Burmese War and smaller internal battles. Wish I was present at Delhi for this interesting and eye opening Discussion, but thanks to social media I'm lucky to have been able to watch it online. 🙏
