That a girl! Now that's what I like to hear.. Whenever I did my Elvis songs in the club, everyone would stop playing pool or carrying on, then just stand there or sit there and listen, just as if Elvis was in the building.. I always loved doing that. Just to show you how quietly they would listen to me, my recording on here of American Trilogy was done in front of a whole club full of people. You can't hear anything from them on the recording, because that is how quietly they watched my performance! Thanks so much Vallery.

Well you just have to get yourself in the car and drive on down to Baytown.. About a four and a half hour trip from your house.. Then knock on the door and the chef will personally seat you in the restaurant, upon which time you can watch as he prepares your meal right in front of you, because in this small camper, that is how it has to be! lol. You just have to get the hoagie rolls or whatever they call them in Canada! Here we get the Mexican version called Bolillo buns.. They are excellent for this kind of recipe though. You can see in my "melted meatball" video, I am using the same bun for that one too. I just made a killer roast beef and cheese on one of those rolls for lunch.. That was excellent.. We get those 3 for a buck here in Baytown. Make your grandchild one of those, he will love it.. Sort of like a pizza in a bun. Try the steak version, Italian sausage version, or makeup your own ideas.. That one you see there only lasted a few minutes and it was a goner! LOL. That was so good! Thanks to both of you.

@@kadj1016We thought of your meatball sandwich video too. We have those buns but call them Sub buns as in Submarine sandwich. Hoagies to us was more a U.S. east coast term, didn’t know you called them the same in Texas

@@elaineandjohn9599 My trouble is I have lived in too many places! Sub rolls is what I was the most used to I guess. Midwest terminology for them. Then I get to Texas and they have to go by the Mexican term of Bolillo buns! Whatever they are, they are quite good to make something out of for sure.

Finally! I have been walking around depressed for days because my Canadians didn't acknowledge this song! Now the whole universe is in harmony once again.. The birds are now chirping outside like they should have been doing. Thanks so much to the both of you!

Your name should be in the credits ont the next one on the drums! Thanks Sir Paul. I usually knocked out all of my Elvis songs in my shows to where I got huge applause for some reason. I don't know why, but they always drew the biggest applause and people would stop what they were doing, to watch me sing the songs. Pool table went quiet, the bar stool people all turned around to watch, and it was almost like I was in concert! What an honor it was!

Got one more coming up really soon too. I used to do quite a few Elvis songs. I really need to record my version of his Blue Christmas for the holiday season! I did that one way cool.

She was a KADJ fan and kept me inspired to keep on doing what I do here. She had the whole nursing home listen to my music so many times. I am going to miss my best friend to talk to. The shock is still quite high here. Thanks so much for your heartfelt condolences.

Her and I were best friends. I was the only one she could really talk to on anything for a long time. I called her every night for 35 years, just to see how her day went. We just could not miss our nightly talks. Even when I was a DJ, I still talked to her while doing my shows. I am going to miss that 11 pm phone call that I always gave her. Thanks so much for your condolences.

Yes, that is normally my favorite. Beef is high on my taste bud's list. This has a lot of my favorite elements all added into it. If you want to look at it this way, it is the biggest taco laid sideways and smothered with chili con queso you ever saw! At my restaurant we had to make these at an incredible rate, almost had to have one cook dedicated to just making these all night. lol. We had people driving from Springfield 40 miles away just to get one of these once a week or so. They are delicious for sure.. Make one! You will want them a lot. Thanks Kimberly!

They are a real break from everything else for sure. Glad you have been making them. The croutons do not change anything dramatically, they were just on hand, so better than nothing! They do work well though. Thanks for the comment. We used to make "grinders" or "stuffers" also. I may show how to make those one of these days. Same ingredients, just stuffed inside of a roll with a lid on it.

You'll like it.. Just get ones with the flavors you like best. It doesn't make any real difference, it is just a perfect substitute if you don't have bread crumbs around. Try it though since it can add flavor like these did. Thanks for commenting Laura.

I just made it by accident a month ago. I had no brownie mix, no cake mix, but I did have flour, baking soda, baking powder, and everything that is in it on hand. So it came out by desperation, looking for something sweet to eat for my midnight treat.. It was so good I tried it again, and this is the third run at it that I filmed.. Come on down, and hurry up before I eat them both.. I just gave the neighbor lady a piece to take home.

Yeah 3 months later.. lol.. Just kidding. I have to have cake or brownies almost all of the time.. My brother got me into the brownie kick.... but I have since started changing out for cake every now and then. This was invented not too long ago. It came out so good this is the third time I have made it. I subbed for a Duncan Heinz Chocolate cake mix last time and said "Nope, mine is way better than theirs".. Their cake turned so dry after the second day. Mine stays moist and delicious until the last piece!

Thanks Kimberly. The wild part is that I do it all for me! I make myself killer dinners every night, and no one else gets to eat them. I make wonderful desserts for myself too. Someday I will be able to have someone to cook for right after hell freezes over. lol.
