Chef Klark's Ultra Fast Mexican Pizza

Want to make a great pizza quickly with things on hand? Try this fast
recipe. I am using a 10" flour tortilla here. It makes the perfect crispy crust that is thin and wonderful. Try it out! You can use any variations of things you have leftover, or easy on hand items to make one like this.
