Yes, my college roommate and friend to this day is a Sephardic Jew and can trace her lineage to the Levites! Her family spoke Ladino which is very similar to Spanish, like many other Jews I have met who speak Yiddish, instead of Hebrew. Her ancestors lived in Spain, then Turkey, before settling in the US. Super interesting!

I love this video! I came of age in the 1980s; full glam was a daily given even when I worked in a factory as a welder. Big hair and full face! I don’t wear makeup anymore as my branch of Christianity prohibits it, but I find that different colors make for a softer look. Browns and grays especially look better on fair faces as one ages.
