The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can help you with issue such as stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, fears and phobias, depression, anger management, weight loss and more. EFT is commonly known as tapping as it involves tapping with the fingers on different parts of face and upper body. I have been using EFT tapping for many years as a practitioner and also for my own health and wellbeing through all life's challenges.

Curious here. Does it matter which hand you use to tap on the 4 fingers (avoiding the 4th finger)? I mean using the right hand to tap on the left hand fingers, or the left hand tapping on the finger of the right hand? Does it matter which you use? Could or should we perhaps do it from one hand and then reverse and do the same tapping with the other hand?
Hi Gary, the EFT Process is very forgiving. If you only do one side, it will probably work. For variety, I tend to switch hands each round.
Thank you for sharing these alternatives to the "I accept and love myself" statement. It's helpful to have some other options that we can use depending on how we're feeling about ourselves in the moment

Now, I am a brand new beginner. I don't know much about this. In the first half of your video you say to develop your list of events. Are they all negative events for me, or do positive ones get included? And then, you say to tap on these events. Being good I am a beginner, I am not exactly sure what it is to tap on something. Can you give me advice on where I can look on UA-cam that will tell me how I can tap on something?
I have some terrible insomnia, has been terrible all of my adult life. And even when I was young. I have read article upon article watch the UA-cam app on UA-cam. They all work a little bit, somewhat. Tonight, before bed I'll do them.

I have been flirting with 2 other set-up statements and wanted to get your take on them. I don’t want to sabotage the process in any way: “Even though I must have some anger and resentments in my past, for reasons which I am not completely aware of...I accept where I’m at and am hoping to accept myself more in the future.” “Even though I don’t seem to have insight on the nature of my problems (or what started my 30-year continuing depression)...I honor my feelings and hope to get better going forward.” I would appreciate your thoughts - thanks.
