    It is now a little over two years since you posted this. Are the plastic welds still solid? What kind of repair shop did the welds? Did the shop explain why they only welded the outside of the deck and not the inside, too?

    • @victorgarciatv
      @victorgarciatv 2 роки тому

      The plastic welds are doing very well. The cracks that are still visible @2:44 have gotten worse and there is a hole now. Their site states that they specialize in custom fabrication and welding of all types of thermoplastic materials as well as heat forming and machining. Main reason why I believe they only did the outside is because when I dropped it off it still had oil in it preventing them from putting it on its side without spilling oil. May take it back to get the hole patched during Thanksgiving week.

  • @josebarrera5568
    @josebarrera5568 2 роки тому

    Next time when is like that first before you shock it brush it then vacuum everything is at the very bottom by switching to waste so pretty much you'll remove all the bad shit in there do it quickly this way you don't waist too much water I'll say you'll loose about 4 inches max if you do it quick add more water again if needed after it gets free from everything you can work on chemicals shock it let it run for about 4 hours then go to your closest Walmart store and buy 1 gallon of HTH Algae Guard white bottle pour the whole thing let it run for about 24 hours and you'll see it Acts very fast within the first 5 minutes it'll start turning white because is killing the algae then after the 24 hours shock it again then use the rest like cloudy chemical removal and clarifying chemical then test the water to balance it

      It’s the floc in the “green to blue” that makes all the gunk settle to the bottom and you just vacuum to waste out. You can just shock your pool with extra dose when it’s that green, filter for minimum 8 hours, next day turn it on recirculate and add double dose of floc, and let it circulate for 2 hours, turn off and let it sit for minimum24 hours. It coagulates everything and settles it to the bottom for easy removal. I had to do this last year when we bought our house. It took about a week because I let mine sit for 3 days but it was super easy once we figured it out. Also we switched to Prestine blue instead of chlorine due to the price hike. I was just told yesterday they will be going up again.

    • @everythingaquariums7050
      @everythingaquariums7050 2 роки тому

      How big is your pool? If it's same size as his. Add 3/4 gallon muratic acid. Then add 3 gallons of chlorine liquid. 1 lbs of shock and 2 chlorine tablets in a dispenser..... let filter run 3 days.... then test ph and raise it to 7.0-7.2 using soda ash. And add 6 - 8 oz algecide Green pool means high ph... high ph means chlorine won't mix no matter how much you keep putting in. If this doesn't work, it means you have added to much stabilizer into your pool and it's locking up your chlorine, then you need to drain your pool half way or maybe more and add fresh water, to cut the stabilizer. Buy some test kits that test everything, stabilizer is listed as acid on test if it's too high that's your problem.
