Well grass fed grass finished meat, and organic vegetables and healthy oils like olive oil can get pretty expensive. Especially when you know what you’re buying, nothing is safe in these streets anymore

She doesn't say the name but put's the name in the title of the video? Everyone knows AG1 is a scam because of its price. If it was ~$30 per month it would just be considered another multi vitamin. At $100 per month, it's a scam.

Just be careful because beans cause a lot of flatulence. As someone who used to eat beans every single day. You have to build up with tolerance and eat beans a lot before your body gets used to them and stop producing gas.

How much should overweight active people eat? I’m a 5’2 142lb woman about 10lbs overweight, I run 20-40 miles per week and do Pilates 2-3x per week. I also have PCOS if that matters.
