Those sounds super easy! We grew up making a tooonnn of Christmas cookies every year, like 20+ varieties! So much fun! I typically just make 2-3 kinds now but would love to some day make those Christmas cookies throughout the year.

Just when I thought I’d had every type of cookie!! Those look fun to make. :) They remind me of our thumbprint cookie in a way.

This cookie is a fav in our family. We have always called them Butter Pecan crescent or Butter Pecan Fingers. I get the ground pecans from Vending Nut company which is local in Ft Worth Texas, but they also do a huge mail order and their ground pecans are perfect for this cookie.

Work smarter, not harder! I made these meatballs a few weeks ago and yesterday I just did not feel like cooking! I was soooo thankful I made a double batch and froze them. It was so easy to throw in a pan and rhe oven and recreate a super easy meal with minimal effort (and not having to rely on expensive, chemical filled store alternatives). I also alwayssssss make enough for at least two meal times. I probably cook only 4 times a week, and that pretty much covers all our lunches and dinners with the occasional meal on the go on the weekend. What are your tips to not cook all the time, but still eat scratch made meals? I can a lot of meat. One of the easiest recipes I have is to put a pint of chicken, 2 cups of water, a cup of rice and a dash of salt in the instant pot. Eugene likes to add half a stick of margarine. I cubed and canned a Boston Butt yesterday. One pint didn't seal so I'm going to improvise your beef, onion and rice into my crock pot for supper today. Thanks for the recipes.
